I had reserved a dozen moving blankets and a furniture dolly, nether were available when I picked up the vehicle. I was told by the shop that they rarely have them. Had I known I would have arranged to rent them elsewhere. I was left unable to get them and had to buy makeshift supplies to protect the fiurniture I was moving at the last minute. A phone call the day before in the least would have helped.

Truck was absolutely filthy inside. Windows dirty and so many bugs on windshield had trouble seeing until I could clean them. I had to clean the entire inside of cab!!!!! steering wheel, dashboard, door panels seats, etc were extremely filthy debris and just plan looked and felt nasty!! I used a germicide cleaner to clean entire inside of cab. Wiper blades need replaced only smeared windshield. I had to clean inside and out of all windows and applied a coat of rainx on exterior windows to repeal water in case of rain because wiper blades are in such poor condition!!!! I think with the covid-19 you should have some kind of policy to clean interior of your equipment!!!!!!

They tried to say that there was more fuel in it than it really was. They didn't walk around the truck for an inspection or anything.

Allow this store to take back unused boxes. It was our understanding that they could be returned at ANY U-Haul location. This was not true!

We had great difficulty getting enough packing pads to wrap all the furniture. We had to go to three locations and still could have used more.

Guy was very rude one strap on trailer was frayed he took torch burnt the end so it would go through the ratchet part it was to short I had to go to Walmart a and buy a ratchet strap before I could use the trailer he never offered to fix it will never go there again

Rude. Asked a question about fees and he lied to us instead of finding the answer. Profanity in front of customers. Then in NC we had problems finding our return location and called them for assistance. Said they couldnt help us and hung up. We will never use this location again.

There was water in the door handle well, which I put my fingers into when I closed the door, as if the drivers side window had been left open during a rain. The drivers side step up and floor was covered with dried mud.
