Andre SArea to pick up is congested. The office is dark and gloomy because of a short in the fixture. The office serves as a living quarters as well. I had a coupon-credit that the business owner refused to honor because he did not nor did he want to learn how to process the transaction. The wi-fi is constantly in and out. I had to wait until he could get a connection to get my rental. About a 45 minute process. No customer service what so ever.

Jose VTerminate this franchisee's contract. I did not choose this location. The so-called "owner" passed uncalled for remarks. He is a slow moving creature. Lazy. He did not give me any printed contract, the insurance paperwork, etc. He said that he will send a receipt to my email but never did until I returned the vehicle and asked for it again. So basically I did not have any paperwork on me. This is not my first time using U-Haul. I have used other locations before and I find this one was the worst. Avoid this guy. He nags like a great grand mother. Avoid this place at all cost. He is stingy and a miser. He cannot afford to buy a printer and paper? How to be a businessman if you do not want to spend money to earn money? Useless guy.

And the Lady was closed and said she forgot I had a reservation when I just rented from her that Sunday Feb.26 and had reserved for the Feb.28. Long story short we went to another location before the MLK location and the didn't have the size truck we had reservation from the OST LOCATION. THANK GOD THIS MLK LOCATION HAD IT. HE WAS A LIFE SAVIOR. WE COULDN'T THANK HIM ENOUGH. THIS WILL BE THE LOCATION I RENT FROM NOW ON. THANK MARTIN LUTHER KING LOCATION. 3902 OST HAS LOST MY BUSINESS WITH THEM. BAD BUSINESS. THAT WASNT RIGHT!!
KANNCIS LTerrible management. Nobody to speak with. Gave me a vehicle that needed an oil change & air in tires. I needed this to transport tables and chairs to and from my baby shower this weekend. I expended my reservation for 7 more hours due to time slot that I had to drop off table and chairs. I received such an unprofessional text questioning why I extended my reservation and insinuating there was an issue with the vehicle and I needed to "tell them now and now later". Texts were even spelled correct. Would not recommend AT ALL and I've rented multiple U-Hauls. They need to fire the staff here and just close the location. So trash. -10/10

SOCKALINGAM NI requested a dolley and it was not inside. The man was not there at the location to give me one. I had to drive back which added more miles to my trip that I had to pay for. Instead of giving me a credit for him adding more miles to my trip for not providing the services that I requested. Very poor customer service for someone who spends $75 with uhaul company. Will not recommend it to anyone.
Shakeidra BI was told that assistance hooking up the trailer to the truck was free of charge, but when I arrived at the location, I was charged $30 "cash only." It wasn't part of my regular bill and the manager at the location would not accept credit cards, debit cards, or checks-he said I could pay only in cash. He made me go to an ATM before he would release the vehicle to me. This was a real inconvenience and seemed out-of-step with the normal U-Haul renting experience.
Benjamin WIt's always a pleasure to work with Mr. Westbrook. I would, will, and do recommend his Uhaul agent to all of my drivers and friends. I always say, "go see Westbrook"

Paul Fthis complaint is not with Westbrook, my complaint is with corporate. your telephone system and the way that yall answer the phone. i have a rule at my company that if the phone rings 3 times and no one answers the phone, we have a potential to lose that customer. I was totally frustrated with the customer service until i spoke with Todd Taylor and he was great and Westbrook Investments is always great.
