While I was towing my car, the hitch came off. The pin that secures the hitch to the ball joint was not installed. After speaking with the owner, he stated that he has been in business for seven years and has never installed one. He also mentioned that others have brought up the issue before, asking if he had a pin available.

Erwin NI will no longer recommend anyone to use a Uhual vehicle. Uhaul stole money from me claiming that I did not fill the gas tank up to where it should be. I took photos of before and after. Now I initiated my bank to start a claim against Uhaul. I submitted all the evidence. I will win the claim and I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone for stealing my money. I won’t stop here and will keep sharing my experience all over social media. No offense to the local businesses though. This review is for Uhaul corporate.
Roy QThe worker was phenomenal. Very kind and helpful. Made the experience smooth and easy. However, Uhaul overall is awful to use. My location got switched twice even after I confirmed a location. Also, Uhaul allows you to rent all these moving equipment, yet the pick up facility might not have those items available, so then why does Uhaul bother offering them? It is frustrating when you make your moving plans based on the rented equipment, but then you do not end up receiving the equipment. I do not blame the facility or workers, I blame Uhaul for this.
