I don't think there isn't anything that's needed to be proved because the guy that helped me was a lifesaver for my situation i had to figure out.every other uhaul was closed on Christmas and i needed to move something to my apartment and he helped me in my dire need.....

I made a reservation, the location of choice didn't have any available trucks in the size I reserved. I like that they were able to dispatch me to another location about 5/10 minutes from the location I was reserved with. I need it an Uhual immediately, and I received what I needed. The pick up location was actually more convenient for me, and the owner was VERY understanding. I really enjoyed my experience. My day started off rough but end great with you'll immediate and prompt service. THANK YOU!

Charges for furniture pads (didn't need/use and facility didn't even have any), dollys (didn't need or use). Almost 50 $in extra charges that I didn't authorize

The Uhaul representative practiced profiling and discrimination was inappropriate, unprofessional and possibly violated the law with his harassment and use if my private information. Called and reported thru call center rep and was promised a follow-up call from management. I haven't received that call to resolve the issues.

The representative was amazing! He helped me with everything I needed. Made sure I felt safe on the U-Haul, & even patiently waited on me, because I was Tardy! He is the number one guy and I will always go to this location! I am more then happy with my UHAUL experience because of this great experience! Merci.

This was not the location I wanted to use.I had an agent at the store where I was getting my hitch ,create the reservation.He both booked it for the wrong day and the wrong location. Fortunately I caught it and was able to work with the agent at this location who came in special on a Sunday for me. I will avoid using U-Haul of Vance Jackson again

No one was there when we arrived but after calling the number they arrived promptly (within a few minutes) and was very friendly and helpful.
