I did not interact with employees as the drop off location was closed
ASHLEY GI reserved a 15 foot truck but the day before I was told they only have a 26 foot truck. I did not want or need a truck near that big.
Gregory SHave a better backup plan if the computer system is not working when someone is picking up a pre reserved rental. It took an hour to get my rental with family waiting in the truck even though I had previously reserved and paid for a trailer. Family was mad in the truck and the others who we were meeting didnt wait on us and left without us

fred fThe lady that rents the equipment is rude and will not help at all, if it's a mobile pickup. She wouldn't even tell me where I could find the key. She said it's a mobile pickup, call the 800 number. This is the second time I rented or returned a truck to this location and she was rude and incompetent both times. The truck, also, leaked and ruined a mattress. I have used UHaul for over 50 years for my moving needs and this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not recommend it or use them again, if there's another location within 100 miles of my rental needs. This was the worst customer experience I have ever encountered in my 70 years.

Karl SHad a little issue on where to pick up the rental truck up. The contact I used in the Charleston office didn't return phone calls to me as he promised to inform me where I was picking up the truck. I had to find out the exact location on my own. The associate in Ranielle loctaon, where I picked up the truck was awesome. She is the only reason I will use Uhaul again. Please tell her thanks and the customer service she is providing is becoming a lost art…

robert sThe truck and moving pads were great, the people in Rainelle who rented the truck to me were also great. What I was not impressed with was the fact no one had the furniture dollys I had ordered. Granted it was not the pick location's fault, they showed they had zero. So I don't blame them. She tried three other locations and no one had them. I really needed them in order to move a large piece of furniture. But I was stuck all because someone did not contact me to let me know no one had them. What kills me is no one let me know the furniture dolly were not but I got several texts to ask if I wanted to take a trailer with me to transport it to another location. This is awful, I ended up buying some dollies but I know next time not to depend on UHaul for that kind of thing...
Jeffrey SYou over charged me twice number one! Number two I could not use my rental until 2 hrs after I picked it up due to the fact that a pad locked was placed on the back of the truck and I was not given the key to it. I then had to wait on hold for 45 min to get permission to cut the lock.. Customer service for your company is the worst.

James kThe truck I reserved online at a different location did not exist and my only option was to drive to this location which was significantly father away and more difficult to arrange for transportation to pick up. The appliance dolly I ordered was not included. Truck cargo compartment smelled strongly of marijuana smoke.

Denise MOrdered a one way with pads and dolly but later after the move found out after the move that one way trucks do not have those in them and the store is not provided with them either. Would have made other arrangements for a uhaul had I been told
Kelly NProducts throughout Greenbrier county need to more available. I had to drive 1hr to gat the item that I needed during the time scheduled. There are 2 other locations that are less than 30 minutes away from where I was located. At the appointed time and location there was supposed to be 2 personnel working and they were both out to lunch during my pickup time. Personnel should alter lunch/appointment times to provide prompt services. Customer service, when available was outstanding, they were knowledgeable and helped me as soon as they returned after their lunch break.

Harold CEnsure tow dollys are properly maintained and prepared for customer use. I had to purchase lithium grease to lubricate both tire strap ratchets before I could use them due to rust. I also purchased a grease gun to lubricate the tow dolly platform. Took me an hour to free the tire straps from the rusted ratchets.
