I reserved a 15 foot truck but the day before I was told they only have a 26 foot truck. I did not want or need a truck near that big.
Gregory SHave a better backup plan if the computer system is not working when someone is picking up a pre reserved rental. It took an hour to get my rental with family waiting in the truck even though I had previously reserved and paid for a trailer. Family was mad in the truck and the others who we were meeting didnt wait on us and left without us

fred fThe lady that rents the equipment is rude and will not help at all, if it’s a mobile pickup. She wouldn’t even tell me where I could find the key. She said it’s a mobile pickup, call the 800 number. This is the second time I rented or returned a truck to this location and she was rude and incompetent both times. The truck, also, leaked and ruined a mattress. I have used UHaul for over 50 years for my moving needs and this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not recommend it or use them again, if there’s another location within 100 miles of my rental needs. This was the worst customer experience I have ever encountered in my 70 years.
