I really have no complaints. If I had to offer any type of improvement, I would just say the time it took to do the paperwork seemed a bit long. If there is a way to streamline that, it would be an improvement.
THEODORE WWe were given a broken tow dolly and were told to call U-Haul roadside assistance. When they showed up they could not fix the tow dolly and it took UHaul a long time to decide to give us a new tow dolly. Then when the new tow dolly was brought it was also broken. Once again we had to call roadside assistance. It took another 45minutes before they could get to use. They were able to fix the tow dolly this time. It made us behind schedule.

MITCHELL MThe back of the van was clean the cab wasn't clean. There were peanuts and dirt/mud up front. When I picked up the van the tank wasn't full and they told me but it's hard to return with the same amount below full.

FERNANDO GI placed a call to U-Haul already, the system crashed and I was delayed approximately 90 minutes in the rental, which left the Movers sitting at the house for 90 minutes. Getting paid to wait for me. Those things happen from time to time, and I made a request for review to see if they would provide any compensation for the inconvenience. Either way I'm renting another truck this week to drive to Tennessee again, you guys are a solid company and I will continue to be a patron thank you

FELITA CI PICKED UP A 5X9 RAMP TRAILER AND IT WAS FULL OF SNOW AND ICE, AND I HAD TO CHIP OUT THE ICE AND SNOW BEFORE I COULD USE IT. AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T KEEP THOSE CLEAN DURING WINTER MONTHS. I WAS TOLD THEY ARE A LANDSCAPE COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HAVE EMPLOYEES AVAILABLE TO CLEAN OUT UHAULS. AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THE AFM AREA FIELD MANAGER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WILL TRY TO DO BETTER FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER WITH NO SIGNATURE IN THE EMAIL. AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT HIM AGAIN TO GET HIS MANAGERS CONTACT INFO I WAS TOLD NO HE WON'T PROVIDE THAT AND THEN RETURNED MY RENTAL CHARGE. I STILL INSISTED TO HEAR FROM HIS MANAGER AND HE SAID OK BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE ELSE TO THIS DATE ALMOST A MONTH LATER. THIS KIND OF COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE, AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I CAN BE REACHED ANYTIME IF HIGHER MANAGEMENT WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS FURTHER BUT FROM MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL HEAR FROM ANYONE

JOHN RIve needed a uhaul from many places over the years. This is the best, most organized and helpful uHaul point from the 7 or 9 places I've rented from. Midwest Landscape is great.

VICTOR VThe questions asked on this form are not designed to solicit valid, useful information. Why does the location question have a range for responses but the equipment and recommend questions have simply yes/no options? To say the equipment was clean and well maintained as an all or nothing is not helpful to anyone. In 30 years I've never rented a box truck that was clean. The truck worked and did the job but it definitely wasn't clean. Additionally, the online experience provided by U-Haul is terrible and the reservation details visible in my account after the reservation is booked are useless. It makes no sense to me that if the person making a reservation adds an authorized driver, the additional authorized driver becomes the person responsible for the reservation. When I, the person who made the reservation, went to pick up the truck, everything was in the name of the additional authorized driver I added during the reservation process. I can't figure out a scenario where this makes sense.

Samantha LOk, first of all the gentleman who checked us out gave us the wrong truck, so we had to take it back which took some time from us and we ha rented a dollie, and we only had the truck for not even 3 hours and didn't even use any gas, and didn't use the miles that was expected. The man said he was giving us a credit and made a new bill for $47 , but $70 odd dollars was taken out of my account. So I'm a little confused!!!
VALERIE MEverything went perfectly. Employees Jeremy and Josh really helped me out getting everything squared away. I was having an issue with my taillight connector and they fixed it in no time. It did not matter to them that this was a very inexpensive rental contract (motorcycle trailer). They just wanted a satisfied customer. Friendly, knowledgable service from everyone at Western Landscape. I have used them before and I will keep coming back.

Jamie KStaff was pleasant and efficient. Total time picking up the trailer wasn't more than 15 minutes. One of their staff called 2 days prior to the rental verifying it would be available. This was a good move. I'd return anytime to this location. I'll mention the staff again because they deserve the compliment. Tell them good job.
