Quick and easy everyone was great I would definitely recommend this place.

JOHN REverything went well. The only thing I would mention is that the windshield / windows were filthy and could hardly see out of them; the inside of the truck also reeked of cigarette smoke.

SCOTT CThe truck was not filled with gas. The location was not where I reserved it and it was 20min away from the location I reserved. I had to pick up after hours and the truck steering wheel was completely turned 180 degrees, making it very difficult to drive. There was a severe alignment issue.

TERRY KI was unaware I had to take pictures and stuff to virtually return the truck, and had already put the keys in the Dropbox. It was only luck I'd taken a pic of mileage (which when I had to text someone to take a pic of!). Maybe I missed something, but maybe after a truck is picked up you could send an email outlining the return directions. :)

STEVEN PWestern landscape was great but the 26 foot truck has a front end mechanical issue which made the truck undrivable and had to take an 15 foot truck we ended up having to make extra trips and was still charged the extra mileage. I likely will never use u haul again because of this issue. These trucks need to be tested more if this truck was driven by the u haul mechanics this issue would have been detected.

SUSAN MI really have no complaints. If I had to offer any type of improvement, I would just say the time it took to do the paperwork seemed a bit long. If there is a way to streamline that, it would be an improvement.
THEODORE WWe were given a broken tow dolly and were told to call U-Haul roadside assistance. When they showed up they could not fix the tow dolly and it took UHaul a long time to decide to give us a new tow dolly. Then when the new tow dolly was brought it was also broken. Once again we had to call roadside assistance. It took another 45minutes before they could get to use. They were able to fix the tow dolly this time. It made us behind schedule.

MITCHELL MThe back of the van was clean the cab wasn't clean. There were peanuts and dirt/mud up front. When I picked up the van the tank wasn't full and they told me but it's hard to return with the same amount below full.

FERNANDO GI placed a call to U-Haul already, the system crashed and I was delayed approximately 90 minutes in the rental, which left the Movers sitting at the house for 90 minutes. Getting paid to wait for me. Those things happen from time to time, and I made a request for review to see if they would provide any compensation for the inconvenience. Either way I'm renting another truck this week to drive to Tennessee again, you guys are a solid company and I will continue to be a patron thank you

FELITA CI PICKED UP A 5X9 RAMP TRAILER AND IT WAS FULL OF SNOW AND ICE, AND I HAD TO CHIP OUT THE ICE AND SNOW BEFORE I COULD USE IT. AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T KEEP THOSE CLEAN DURING WINTER MONTHS. I WAS TOLD THEY ARE A LANDSCAPE COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HAVE EMPLOYEES AVAILABLE TO CLEAN OUT UHAULS. AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THE AFM AREA FIELD MANAGER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WILL TRY TO DO BETTER FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER WITH NO SIGNATURE IN THE EMAIL. AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT HIM AGAIN TO GET HIS MANAGERS CONTACT INFO I WAS TOLD NO HE WON'T PROVIDE THAT AND THEN RETURNED MY RENTAL CHARGE. I STILL INSISTED TO HEAR FROM HIS MANAGER AND HE SAID OK BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE ELSE TO THIS DATE ALMOST A MONTH LATER. THIS KIND OF COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE, AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I CAN BE REACHED ANYTIME IF HIGHER MANAGEMENT WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS FURTHER BUT FROM MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL HEAR FROM ANYONE

JOHN RIve needed a uhaul from many places over the years. This is the best, most organized and helpful uHaul point from the 7 or 9 places I've rented from. Midwest Landscape is great.
