I PICKED UP A 5X9 RAMP TRAILER AND IT WAS FULL OF SNOW AND ICE, AND I HAD TO CHIP OUT THE ICE AND SNOW BEFORE I COULD USE IT. AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T KEEP THOSE CLEAN DURING WINTER MONTHS. I WAS TOLD THEY ARE A LANDSCAPE COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HAVE EMPLOYEES AVAILABLE TO CLEAN OUT UHAULS. AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THE AFM AREA FIELD MANAGER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WILL TRY TO DO BETTER FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER WITH NO SIGNATURE IN THE EMAIL. AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT HIM AGAIN TO GET HIS MANAGERS CONTACT INFO I WAS TOLD NO HE WON'T PROVIDE THAT AND THEN RETURNED MY RENTAL CHARGE. I STILL INSISTED TO HEAR FROM HIS MANAGER AND HE SAID OK BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE ELSE TO THIS DATE ALMOST A MONTH LATER. THIS KIND OF COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE, AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I CAN BE REACHED ANYTIME IF HIGHER MANAGEMENT WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS FURTHER BUT FROM MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL HEAR FROM ANYONE
