Kira DoyleLocation was good, wait time was minimal and truck did what it had too, very disappointed in regards to blanket rental, added it to the order via call and online. I even spoke with someone prior to pickup if blankets were available as per order. I felt with all my follow ups I was set for success and an easy move. When I went to pickup I was Informed they didn't have blankets but another location would. I called all Woodstock locations and wasted 30 mins, no location had them. I had to drive to Canadian tire and spend $180 on blankets just to complete the move. These locations should have the items needed, otherwise they shouldn't be an option or at least tell the person so we can make other plans.

Robert DeadmanOther than the wait for slow web connections, this was by far the best 'U-Haul' experience I have had (spanning nearly two decades as a trailer customer) The quantity of equipment at this small satellite location was very impressive. The service and friendly manner are not found elsewhere. Hats off to Westmount Motel - well done, and I'll be back next time I need a rental!

PHILIP DURGAThe trailer is heavy and without a Jack stand it not reasonable to get customers to try and lift it. It is heavy, greasy and unsafe. Needed to ask another customer to help attach to vehicle. It makes no sense to me why that would be the case.

Carol RicherThey showed $19 for uhaul 9' van when I booked it online and deducted $55 for all the services and charges for just one and a half hour. Then they actually deducted $60 from my account and didn't mention the deduction of $5 anywhere.

MARTIN MATTESWhen you take the equipment back 3 hrs after the do time don't know why you have to pay for a extra day rental when the place I was renting from was closing up for the night so the trailer was there all night.
John MillerThe lights on the trailer stopped working on the trip from Woodstock ont to Nova Scotia. The gentlemen where we got the trailer wiggled around the top left signal because it wasn't working to make it work we lost the back lights on the trailer in Toronto and all the way home. Had to spend extra night on the road due to no lights pulling over early and later start times.

lynne ronholmGet the trailers out of the mud and onto some asphalt or hard surface. And not expect the customer to do the hook up of the trailers by themselves only to be inspected once hookup completed and moved out of the mud to the area in front of the office.

Hemrajh PersaudOur original pick up location was Southside variety. The business was closed upon arrival at 9:05 am we waited another 15 minutes to no avail. I feel uhaul should scratch them as a pickup/drop off location, as the business owner obviously does not care about uhaul or its customers. The assistance I received from uhaul to find a solution to this unexpected pickle was fabulous. She saved my day. Thank you UHaul!

BRIAN SKOYLESI asked for a specific pick up which was changed after I did my online check in. Then the system did not show my reservation so it took about an hour and a half to figure it all out. Get your shit together.

Messed up my reservation and somehow changed my drop off location. An overall terrible experience. The only helpful people I spoke to were a gentleman at the original drop off location in Guelph and then Tia who I contacted at Uhaul's 1-800 number
Ryan OliverNo jacks on trailer, and not on block. Had to lift tounge onto hitch by hand. Trailer sounds like it is ready to fall apart when driving. Location is difficult to back a full size truck and trailer in, due to it being in the middle of an old run down motel.
Anthony PunturieroThis was a horrible experience. I reserved the truck. Was not ready or cleaned when I arrived. The man shoved the contract at me flipped it over for me to sign. I said I wanted to read it. It was not what I had ordered or agreed to. It was to be 59,99 89 cents a km. Again he would not give me the contract said he would send it to me. The final bill was totally wrong. He charged me a 114 distance fee. I travelled 40 miles. Insurance I didn't ask for. I will be disputing this charge on my credit card. Very disappointing I have used u-haul many times. First time with such a sketchy character. Tracey Floriancic
tracy floriancicThis location needs a lot of attention regarding customer service experience. They don't even open the office door for the transaction, instead, you have to stand outside a speak to them through a sliding half window - extremely inconvenient and difficult to hear the manager speaking. Also, I requested and ordered two sets of moving blankets and was told upon arrival that they didn't have any. Why not? There was more than a week's notice to get the blankets or why not at least tell me in advance so I can make other arrangements? Then upon arrival, I noticed that the charge for the two sets of moving blankets was still on the invoice. The office door was still locked so I had to use the intercom...the manager wouldn't even come to the door. He just spoke to me through the intercom and said he would take care it. When? He didn't even come out to check the mileage on the truck or anything. Just a really poor experience.
