I had initially made the reservation for a Tuesday then had a medical emergency had to change it to Thursday, they were understanding and helped with that. When I had first called, virgil had told me it was 20.00 a day, free mileage up to 10 miles then .69 cents per mile there after for an 8ft pickup truck I only needed for about 4 hours. I arrived thursday and my card company would not allow that, however they would allow a ten ft box truck. I asked would it be the same price mileage free up to 10 miles, was told yes, so I said that's great and excepted it. I was never told about a deposit of 100.00, but I understand why they do that. I received my truck and only went 6 miles. Got my receipt and looked at it and was charged for the 6 miles so I was confused as to why. Again Virgil said I had up to 10 miles. I also took a picture of the mileage when I left to record it. I called the very next morning and the uhaul manager was rude and said well he made a mistake, that's not my fault, that's what I was quoted therefore should have not been charged. I felt the manager just wanted me off the phone. I feel if you are quoted something it should be honored regardless! The manager just didnt want to give me my money back. I have made a complaint and also explained that Virgil needs coaching on quoting rates. I mean its 4 dollars and some change but still it's the principal. I do want my money back!

For the second time in providing you feedback about my experience with renting a Uhaul at this location. The inside cab of the Uhaul was not clean. Especially, in the middle of a pandemic you would expect the cab to be wiped down and disinfected. My previous rentals over the past month were fine but I was providing feedback to Uhaul about this issue and they ended up charging me for a cleaning. I wasn't the one who caused it to not be clean. It looks like a lack of ongoing maintenance by the Uhaul provider. I expect a full refund of $25 for the cleaning fee.

They do account for miles before they bring the Uhual from down the road. While pulling out I noticed there was an extra mile on my truck vs. what the contract/agreement showed. This was a little disappointing and I felt they could account for miles after they get the truck from the offsite location. It was nothing to fret over at the time as it was a mile, however I did feel like I gave them an extra buck for getting my truck from where they chose to store it. Also, mobile pickup still caused me to go into the store and my truck was not on site allowing me to complete the mobile pick up. My wife is 34 weeks pregnant with twins, I had hoped to avoid going inside anywhere during the pandemic for her safety. I think uhual can do better with their mobile pick up.

Truck was dirty. It didnt look like it had been cleaned and the back had a small pile of gravel. Truck was due for maintenance with engine noise. They messed up and over charged me for my rental.

The truck we rented smelled like sour milk! It's pretty bad when you have to stop somewhere and buy an air freshener for a vehicle that's suppose to be clean! After we dropped it off we still smelled like the truck! I'm very dissatisfied!

Rental was excellent. Very nice pickup truck,I had signed up on the computer so signing out the truck was quick. The truck was ready when I got there at 8 am. The employees were courteous and friendly. Having a truck I knew I could depend on made my work that day a lot better.

To improve service, deliver all the items ordered. I reserved, in addition to the truck, an appliance dolly and a dozen furniture pads. These items were not provided. Removing the charge from my bill does not help a 61 year old woman move a chest freezer down a flight of 16 stairs. VERY disappointed.

Not use scare tactics on your text messaging that I have to use your app and my cellphone data in order to check out and in the truck, or be fined a $20 fee. This type of messaging is not cool. If I would have assessed the $20, I would never use U-Haul again.

When I made my reservation, I let them know I was paying cash. When I get to the uhaul place to pick up uhaul, I find out I'm going to have to pay a $100 deposit, which I was unaware of. I am not made of money. It would've been nice to be aware of this charge before pick up.

Your online 24/7 check in did not work for me and I had to stand in a hot parking lot with the sun beating on me for 45 minutes while on the phone with your customer reps to get the stupid check in process to work. Also your system hung up on me at one point to. Absolutely HORRIBLE mobile 24/7 check in experience.

They were Nice and Friendly. Nice Truck. I was happy with them. But my Reason for Renting the Pickup was the Moon TWP location I Rented a 6x 12 ramp trailer. It Was Too heavy for My 2016 Dodge Journey. And after only 120 mi. Over Heated Very Badly. It may Have Caused Permanent Damage. I'm Not Happy About it. And Will Have it Checked out by a Mechanic.

Truck was dirty. Had no gas was on empty and personnel would not even go out to do inspection on truck or bring it around to us from in back of the building. Then was tols if we brought truck back with atleast 1/4 tank of gas we would get credit. They did not put it in that we brought it back with the gas and was charged another $33.11.

I had a promissory note and went the following day to pay it, 3 days later I received an email saying I still owe the same amount...I paid it and it wasn't applied to my account..calling the company was absolutely NO help at all....I was on the phone with someone who barely spoke and understood English for almost an hour and a half......they still haven't located my payment so now I have to go down to the place I took my uhaul and paid my money myself in the morning...so I have to waste my gas my time and yet spend more money to see where my dam money is....

My movers dropped the uhaul truck off and I had gotten lost so I wasn't with them when they dropped off the truck. I didn't know they were supposed to fold the pads & I was charged $30 for that. I don't think that's right - someone could have at least called me first. The lady I talked to on the phone at the drop off location said she was there when they dropped off the truck, so it would have been nice if she had given me a call to tell me. No one at the pick up location told me anything about cleaning out the truck when dropping it off. I am on a very strict budget and could ill afford to pay an extra $30 because the truck wasn't cleaned out. I paid for the insurance - that should be taken into consideration when charging a customer for cleaning out a truck. Very disappointed.
