Everything was great other than the online checkout (auto shop was closed at the time of checkout). The checkout link doesn't work on mobile phones if the user has previously disabled location or camera access. I had to download a new browser and allow permissions to get the checkout to work. I had initially made the reservation for a Tuesday then had a medical emergency had to change it to Thursday, they were understanding and helped with that. When I had first called, virgil had told me it was 20.00 a day, free mileage up to 10 miles then .69 cents per mile there after for an 8ft pickup truck I only needed for about 4 hours. I arrived thursday and my card company would not allow that, however they would allow a ten ft box truck. I asked would it be the same price mileage free up to 10 miles, was told yes, so I said that's great and excepted it. I was never told about a deposit of 100.00, but I understand why they do that. I received my truck and only went 6 miles. Got my receipt and looked at it and was charged for the 6 miles so I was confused as to why. Again Virgil said I had up to 10 miles. I also took a picture of the mileage when I left to record it. I called the very next morning and the uhaul manager was rude and said well he made a mistake, that's not my fault, that's what I was quoted therefore should have not been charged. I felt the manager just wanted me off the phone. I feel if you are quoted something it should be honored regardless! The manager just didnt want to give me my money back. I have made a complaint and also explained that Virgil needs coaching on quoting rates. I mean its 4 dollars and some change but still it's the principal. I do want my money back!billy T.
For the second time in providing you feedback about my experience with renting a Uhaul at this location. The inside cab of the Uhaul was not clean. Especially, in the middle of a pandemic you would expect the cab to be wiped down and disinfected. My previous rentals over the past month were fine but I was providing feedback to Uhaul about this issue and they ended up charging me for a cleaning. I wasn't the one who caused it to not be clean. It looks like a lack of ongoing maintenance by the Uhaul provider. I expect a full refund of $25 for the cleaning fee.Mark B.

They do account for miles before they bring the Uhual from down the road. While pulling out I noticed there was an extra mile on my truck vs. what the contract/agreement showed. This was a little disappointing and I felt they could account for miles after they get the truck from the offsite location. It was nothing to fret over at the time as it was a mile, however I did feel like I gave them an extra buck for getting my truck from where they chose to store it. Also, mobile pickup still caused me to go into the store and my truck was not on site allowing me to complete the mobile pick up. My wife is 34 weeks pregnant with twins, I had hoped to avoid going inside anywhere during the pandemic for her safety. I think uhual can do better with their mobile pick up.COLE D.
Truck was dirty. It didnt look like it had been cleaned and the back had a small pile of gravel. Truck was due for maintenance with engine noise. They messed up and over charged me for my rental.Christopher F.

The truck we rented smelled like sour milk! It's pretty bad when you have to stop somewhere and buy an air freshener for a vehicle that's suppose to be clean! After we dropped it off we still smelled like the truck! I'm very dissatisfied!SUE T.
