JAMES MThis location was very friendly and helpful! They had the equipment that we needed to rent at the last minute, they helped us hook everything up to our vehicle (even including loaning us an adapter that we needed). I would definitely rent from this location again!
JENNIFER RAll good as far as the rental goes, but very upset and dissatisfied by my experience with your ride share folks who got me to agree to tow a trailer from athens to asheville. I changed my plans to accommodate them and then they canceled when I was on the road there. They offered additional days and milage but that was of no value to me.

TAYLOR LEverything was easy and smooth. Guys were very helpful and efficient. I have rented many U-Haul trucks and trailers over my 80 years and worked for U-Haul briefly as a grad student 55 years ago. I have seen pretty good and pretty bad locations and this one is as good as any.

CHRISTOPHER BParking lot is dirt. Unable to avoid getting sand in truck. Location was closed so can't rate staff. I would only recommend it for convenience.

KAMIL AThe folks at Whatever Rents always have everything ready, are friendly and courteous, and make sure if it is a trailer it is hooked up right. They answer all question and make sure your rental is as easy as can be. I like to rent from them as everything is checked and looked over to make sure it is in excellent shape such as all lights working and tires in great shape.

LEWIS DDisappointed my reservation was cancelled within 30 mins of me being late. I never received a single correspondence that this would happen. My pick up location was great and got it sorted out but it was frustrating to know my original reservation was just cancelled in such a short time

ASHLEY MI was very pleased with the whole transaction. Jason got the rental agreement procedure done smoothly then helped me hook up the trailer and walked me thru connecting everything to my truck and checked all the lights and the condition of the trailer before I left.
JOHN FOnly thing that was a little upsetting was I keep getting put as a ridesharing reservation or what ever that is and I needed extra time to finish my move but was denied extra time because “the next family needed my truck.” Returned the truck and it stayed there for the rest of the evening. Didn’t seem to be another family at all. Otherwise have been happy with the service last few times I’ve used it.
