The U-Haul telephone number does not work. We were just in a disaster and I was not sure the business was still there. Very unprofessional on the part of U-Haul.
ELIZABETH WWe loved this location, but it wasn’t our first choice. We had reserved a truck at a different location but then was told they didn’t have the truck we reserved. I think when I reserve something, it should be where I reserve it.
