Very helpful. Came out to help drop the trailer.
Ryan LThey changed out the trailer initially reserved for another one when we discovered the lighting didn't work. However, they didn't change the reservation to reflect the new trailer, even though they said they would when I left. Fortunately we didn't have an issue, but it made for more work on the other end.
Tom FFriendly people, helped hooking up and unhooking when returning trailer. Very simple process and valued rental. Saved thousands by not having to purchase for very limited usage. Merci!

DAVID KInitially this place was closed. Online app didn't recognize me as having a reservation for return. Tried again 8 hours later, store was open. Frustrating when online app doesn't properly work. Trying to get in touch with a live agent, still waiting

JAMES PThe delivery location was incorrect. The location given was a Price Choppers Food Store. The actual location was a U Haul location several blocks away. You need to correct this location. You should know where your store locations are. This was inconvient.

RAYMOND TI call and set up rental to pick up appliance and furniture dolly. The person had me go to this specific location, which was 35 mins away. I got there and they don't carry furniture dolly's. We really need it. It made an our move much longer with out it.

BELINDA DTrucks were over booked… Employee was polite and no complaints to location. But uhaul website wasn't working properly for us to get into the truck thru that so we didn't get in the truck until 30 minutes into our rental time :/

JASON LAt our first stop for gas driving across Kansas to deliver furniture to our son in Colorado, my husband notice a tire on the trailor was thread bare! We called the call center and they found a tire hub that fortunately had a tire and rim that would fit the trailor. This added 3 + hours to our drive across Kansas!

Colby CCheck in was quick and easy. The employee helped get our equipment, yet didn't strap it down in the truck so it rolled around. Easy to find location, clean facility.
Alicia BExperience was very good. My lights had a fuse burned out and I needed assistance to find the correct one. Recommend salesperson become familiar with shops who might assist when things like this happen. Not meant to be negative, as the person was great. Not being from the area, knowing where i could have gone would have saved a bunch of time

Catherine EI have rented several times from U-Haul over the years and never been charged a "cleaning fee". We used the app to return the rental and was assessed an automatic cleaning fee that literally almost doubled out expected rental expense.
Roger BOver all I was very satisfied with the employees and the equipment. However it rained like in Noah's day a 100 miles from my destination and some of our things got wet in the front of the trailer. Nothing ruined thank God. I tried to tell the manager of your Katy Texas store on N Grand Pwy S, but she was loud and kept interrupting when I tried to tell her that nothing was ruined but before she rent the trailer again she might want to fix the leak. She handed me a pamlet with you 800 number on it and said if I had any complaints call the number. She also said it was the store in Peculiar MO responsibility not hers so there was nothing she could do. I'm sure most people are irate when they ask to speak to a manager and she was expecting me to be upset, so she was responding from pass experience. I would definitely use your services again. I do suggest that you fix the leak before someone's important thing get ruined and you have to replace them. Thanks for an over all pleasant experience sincerely Rodney Webster.

Paul TLet first hrlp desk operators know that geolocation services don't work in the app and that renters should just switch to website for unattended pickups. Also, istill have not received a copy of invoice for the rsntsl.

Kevin PInside trailer was muddy upon pick up. Door hinge bolt/nut fell off during use. Trailer was not water tight. Contents (our lugagge) was soaked after a few hours of travel while raining.
Kelly STrailer dolly was covered in dry mud. The rachets for the tire netting would not work once I got to my location to pickup car. I had to walk the lot to get truck & then drive it to dolly to hook it up.
