Ordered a toe ball and connection with it and when I got there he didn't have it. Apparently I had to go to the one in Belton. This delayed my move by 3 days. He also wasn't able to issue me a refund.

last minute change for trailer pick up. I had to go to three different locations to get a 15' truck, blankets, and finally the trailer. Very frustrating.
Michael SI felt bad when I dropped the vehicle off because I walked inside before the employee who then got a phone call from his boss that I was in the store with no one in there. I was literally just standing in there for 10 seconds before he got in, but she kind of yelled at him over the phone and I felt bad. So I’d say my comment is the owner of the store seems to be a micro manager.
DAVID FThey accepted our trailer reform but did not process the reform and I had to go back to the location an additional time and call uhaul to process the return.
