David Gtrailer was dirty inside only one trailer available and had to drive out of town for pickup
michael lEverything went great... Pick up an drop off was so very smooth. When I was making my reservation I couldn't find a place open on the day I wanted it but some very nice lady called me back with in 5mins an after telling her what I needed she helped me decide to rent a trailer the next day an was closer to my pick up place. This is the 2nd rental in the last month an can't say anything bad about UHauls service.
Kara MLimited hours and had to drop off equipment without any personal interaction. No clearly designated spaces and poor signage.
Emma WI was supposed to pick it up without contact, but the app would not work. So I went inside, while the gentleman was nice he kept stopping helping me and would help the other customers as if my business didn't matter. The truck was obviously not clean inside or out and the checkout on the app's pictures did not match the truck. There was damage to the outside that is not shown in the picture.
Tracey MArrived to pick up my truck and auto transport and the auto transport was not there. Luckily one was found in a nearby city, so I had to wait for it to be delivered to the location I was at. I could not drive there because I needed to tow the vehicle I arrived in. The truck was very dirty on the outside and the front of the box was full of dead bugs. The inside of the truck smelt bad, had ashes in the ash tray, and a very dirty windshield on the inside. Inside the box of the truck was also very dirt. I nearly filled my dust pan after sweeping (dirt, nails, broken pieces of plastic and glass). On top of all that, I requested and paid for 10 blankets and found only 8 in the back.

Gerhard WI waited almost 2 weeks for my refund for my deposit which made me angry because I had to give my money up right away and then I had to wait forever to get my money back and as I'm writing this I'm still waiting

Michael OThis location is great. Very friendly people here. Uhaul REALLY needs to work on their online check-out/check-in process. It's cumbersome and confusing.

Jp SThe original pick up was 60 miles south where I live. We had to go get the trailer. I am still glad they had one.
John HThe vehicle has a strong pull to the right in the steering which has to be monitored constantly while driving. Headlights are out of alignment and caused on coming traffic to flash lights to indicate to dim the lights.on the UHaul.
Jacqueline MClose drop off location. The gentleman just told us to drop the trailer in the parking lot and that he would check it in later. Drop off was around 1:40 in the afternoon. Trailer was left in same good condition as when I picked it up. Merci
stanley hSuper easy 15' truck and car trailer return. I went during business hours and a pleasant man at the garage said he'd get me all checked in by the end of the day. I was tight on time and worried I would have to maneuver their fairly small lot and uncouple the trailer. They took care of everything, the whole process on my end literally took seconds.

Joel BSo many issues with the poor reservation system and then being switched to the 24/7 service. I will never use that service again. Had it not been for the area manager, I would never use UHaul again. There were so many things wrong with the system, I can't list them here. That system ruined my trip, I lost my loading help and it lost me a day of travel. Sad part is every time I told the lengthy story, no one was surprised. If you want to someone at corporate talk to me, I would be happy to explain the problems I had with the system that left me soaking wet, and on the phone for over two hours. Charles LI returned the car dolly on Friday and Uhaul Saturday. I had to go back to the place as he never checked in the car dolly and I was not going to be charged for this. He knew his mistake but seemed more interested in doing the car shop, then anything else. Very dirty location and it's a junk yard.

Michael GThe place I picked it up didn't have moving blankets or the dollys I ordered. The fuel wasn't full. T During the move I contacted Amy on the Uhaul page. She explained the cost to extend the rental one day. She said the insurance was gonna be $8. Upon returning the Uhaul it was very strange place.they had nothing Uhaul at the location. The people didn't ave. Look at the truck just told me they would deal with it later. Upon leaving I was charged $14 for the truck insurance and $5 for trailer insurance.
JASON FWe were told we could drop off in the evening. The gate was locked when we arrived. I could not share my location with the service area for cell phones so I has to. Call customer service. They asked u follow up with the location the next day. For two days I tried and they had not returned my call. I called scheduling in Seattle several times and finally they got ahold of the location. They checked my Uhaul in two days later when I turned it in two days earlier and proceeded to charge me an extra day. I had to call scheduling again to get ahold of the area field manager to refund me back. Again, overall really poor experience with Uhaul. Moving is difficult as it is- the logistics should never be this cumbersome.

thomas sWe were impressed with the good service we received from Jon and the rental truck was very clean. The only minor thing we would suggest is that we had difficulty finding the office because UHaul is not posted on the door and a sign would make it easier for customers to find it.
JANET HIt was a little further than I wanted to drive to pick up the truck but the service was very good.
gary hWe had problems with the drop off information provided us. We went to that location, which was quite far from our home, and they didn't do the work there. They sent us back to a place in San Juan Capistrano which is where we wanted to be in the first place.

James TIt was quick and easy to return. Only thing I would recommend is that they have Road sign that sticks our from all those Trees in Washington.

Marie BWe originally rented a 10' truck. It turned out not to be large enough. The dispatch folks found us a 15' alternative, we were able to return the 10' without any issue, and pick the 15' up with almost no problems (it was a new service location, so there are still some bugs in their system, plus the combo of return/new rental caused some confusion, which was quickly addressed). Great work on part of everyone, and our sincere thanks.
