I would only like to deal with this particular guy and that business if I move again. Or need a trailer. He was very helpful. Just a caring person. I appreciate his concern for my move. Had all the right avenues that I needed to book for next week.

GAIL LYour first truck broke down on me twice. The first time it broke down I begged for a new truck. Your customer service did not listen. They put a bandage on the truck then told me I was fine it broke down 7 hours later and the whole time the AC wasn't even working. I am pretty sure that truck already had issues and the company that originally had the first truck just wanted to get rid of it and get it out of its area so I got stuck with it. Something seemed off within five hours of the trip. They finally gave me a second truck and it was a nightmare moving all out items to another truck. Your people waisted my time. Then the following day a trailer tire blew. Then once I thought I wouldn't have to deal with U-Haul anymore. I noticed no one noted the fuel correctly. And the last company charged me $81. So at this moment, I'm still waiting for my $81 back because your customer service takes forever to get back.

JAY RMuch more professional than my closer choice to my residence in Newport, WA . Had reserved 3 days earlier and then arrived to pick up and equipment was malfunctioning. Had to drive an hour each way to Spokane Valley to get a dolly to transport vehicle to Yuma
SHIRLEY HCustomer service was excellent! Probably one of the best and easiest transactions with U-Haul and I do at least 3 a month for my job. I'll be returning and recommending people to use that location.

The owner showed me every step I needed to travel safely with all my belongings, as if I was family. I really really appreciated the kindness and attention to detail that helped elevate my stress level. Thank you!! If you're moving out of/ or just in Spokane and are needing a uhaul, this is your place!
evan eMy issues have been with your schedulers. I had to call 5 times to get a pick up location near me. I was scheduled for a transport and a dolly, I ordered the dolly. I was told to pick up the truck at 7:00 am and the location did not open until 9:00, causing me to have to reschedule the movers. This caused me to have to drive at night, which I didn't appreciate. I ordered 6 pads and received 5.

KENT YI had this unit for almost 5 years. Never were there any surprise fees or increases. They took autopay so it was convenient, and the guy who owns it is extremely easy to talk to. This was by far the best storage experience I have ever had.

BENJAMIN KI told the guy over the phone I wasn't sure if my driver had personal insurance yet and that I would check. Then when my driver picked up the truck he added insurance to the drive without calling and asking me or asking my driver and put it on. Did not want to spend the money when he was already covered. Also wanted a 10 ft truck because I didn't have that much stuff so they put me in a 15, apparently no locations had a 10 ft truck and it got horrible gas milage. Just ended up spending way more than I was expecting and would like it fixed.

STEVEN SNothing complicated, check mileage, check fuel level, take pictures for both, in my case it was off working hours, it was as simple as pictures, drop keys and contract form in box and go. The following morning got a drop off confirmation from U-hual.
DAVID MWe are really happy with the pick up but not U-Haul. Our reservation got moved to a new location. No one called then canceled when it was a weird time. Wilbur storage fixed everything.
TORI RExemplary customer service and attention to detail- the initial reservation time had been entered incorrectly and they caught it, as well as being really personable and helpful in the checkout and check in processes both. Def come to this location of the Spokane options.

jennifer kI was skeptical about picking up from this location when I found out it was not a corporate U-Haul location…but just a "storage location." However, I was pleasantly surprised. I was met by a cheerful young lady who worked with her father, husband and toddler son. This was very much a family effort and they made my stop surprisingly enjoyable and easy. They have made me re-think my judgement of non-corporate U-Haul locations! They are a very pleasant location and family.
Michael MSelf-Check In on a Sunday, so we could not interact with anyone. We were instructed to drop at this location, but they had only one spot where the truck could be parked and not impede traffic. It seemed like poor planning to have us return it on a Sunday when they were closed and no one would be there to assist.

Gay L | Expérience généraleWe had asked and reserved at the sunset ave location and received a text 1 hour before we were to pick it up telling us we had to go to the valley location because they did not have a 15 foot truck at the sunset location That is another 20 mins away from our destination so was not happy about the last min change, would have strongly preferred more advanced notice .
