Nothing complicated, check mileage, check fuel level, take pictures for both, in my case it was off working hours, it was as simple as pictures, drop keys and contract form in box and go. The following morning got a drop off confirmation from U-hual.
DAVID MWe are really happy with the pick up but not U-Haul. Our reservation got moved to a new location. No one called then canceled when it was a weird time. Wilbur storage fixed everything.
