The rental car was buried, we did not have the dolly or moving device we ordered, person could not find the keys, was in knowledgeable and marked we had a full tank of gas when we didn’t. i would give them an f and would suggest they not offer the service.

Better communication from the attendant. I was told to drop the vehicle off at a service center by the attendant resulting in a wrong drop off charge for me which could have been avoided if I wasn't given the wrong information.

There was some garbage and food wrappers left over from a previous user. Other than that it was clean and well maintained.

I was charged for two days and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. The business I rented the truck from was unwilling to help and blamed U-Haul.

The Mobile checkout didn't work. Fortunately, there was someone at the station to get me my rental. I rented a van, and it was filthy inside. Dirt everywhere, splashes of dried on beverages on all the cup holders, cargo area had mud all over the floor. I had to lay a drop cloth down in order to keep my stuff clean.

When I arrived there was no key for the truck. I had to wait 40 minutes until the key was found. The right wind shield wiper was defective and scratched the screen, making a screech every time it swiped. It was very annoying as there were a number of rain showers and heavy rain on the trip.

Iwe dropped off the truck and received NO paperwork..,was told to look in my email in a few minutes… that made me a bit uneasy… it was a newer truck and I felt responsible until I received the email.

I had purchased equipment but there was none in the vehicle.

My only complaint is the back of the truck was filthy, we had to sweep it out before use, and the guy at Marathon did apologize profusely. Otherwise a very easy experience!

The truck was in the back of the facility, not up front and ready to go. When pulled up to us, the windshield was covered in snow, we had to clean it off. The gas meter was on empty when picked up, we had to put gas into it. I had ordered a furniture dollie, and it was not in the truck. I was told it was because it is an express location, but when ordered this was not communicated that the dollie would not be available. I requested this charge be removed and it was not taken off the charges. I will be calling to have this done. Very disappointed in this experience this time. I have rented from this location with a better experience, this was not what I expected.

It was a gas station. The lady took a picture of our license and handed us the keys. We receive no paperwork. Fortunately, we at least got an emailed contract.

I made a reservation for 12:00 p.m. and had to wait until 12:27 unil my vehicle was ready.

The gas station attendant was Very rude, since I was dropping off in the rain I made some mistakes and trying to get through to a Uhaul rep was impossible

They need to have more than one person trained on renting the uhaul equipment so there is someone always there for the transaction. They still got me going on time.
