Taylor RThe rental car was buried, we did not have the dolly or moving device we ordered, person could not find the keys, was in knowledgeable and marked we had a full tank of gas when we didn’t. i would give them an f and would suggest they not offer the service.
Sonya TBetter communication from the attendant. I was told to drop the vehicle off at a service center by the attendant resulting in a wrong drop off charge for me which could have been avoided if I wasn't given the wrong information.
