Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisManager was a gentleman and helpful.
John DWhen the 15 foot truck was returned, the person at the gas station did not have any information on the truck. Three days later, I receive a call from UHaul Operations Center asking me about the status of the truck. I explained that I returned the truck one day earlier. Four days later, I received a final invoice and a request to complete a survey.
EDWARD PThe lady inside the gas station was bothered by us picking up a truck. Did not follow up with any contract. Did not ask us to sign anything show our IDs or anything.
TRACY RThe truck had just over one quarter tank of gas, and this location is a gas station. After driving the truck for about 1-2 miles, the check engine light went on. While I did not have any issues on my trip, the truck was not "well maintained."
