The Mobile checkout didn't work. Fortunately, there was someone at the station to get me my rental. I rented a van, and it was filthy inside. Dirt everywhere, splashes of dried on beverages on all the cup holders, cargo area had mud all over the floor. I had to lay a drop cloth down in order to keep my stuff clean.

The right wind shield wiper was defective and scratched the screen, making a screech every time it swiped. It was very annoying as there were a number of rain showers and heavy rain on the trip.
