At this location they make sure you understand how to use the equipment and that you have what you need. I will be back again.

That a 4x7 foot trailer is so if measured at some irrelevant point...as it is wider to the angled outside and is bigger or less. BUT..INSIDE the useful trailer is 40 inches. That just a few over 3 ft. That is - unquestionably - rather deceptive. Someone who needs 3'10" trailer won't fit your 4' (48") trailer...or needs it to be no wider than 4' or 4i" to clear an opening...ain't going to make it as at some points it is wider. What's even more puzzling is that you gain nothing by this deception. The requirements of the customer won't change by making believe 3 ft 4 in, 40" , is 48 inches.

The truck was very dirty. It was an unfavorable smell coming from inside and outside of the truck. It was NOT clean nor was it sanitized. There were no products inside the store to clean the truck with. The people in the rental office tried to help me out with sweeping the truck. But it needed a car wash really bad. There was grass in it. It was not a good rental experience this go round. I rent u-haul pickup trucks every weekend. This by far was the worse truck I have ever rented.

When I walked in the door, was not greeted so I stood there, until I said something then he spoke, the truck smelled really bad not clean, you would think since Covid is running rapid once truck is returned, it should be inspected and cleaned, not happy at all.

When the employee in Richmond told me where I want to put the truck, I told her in Edgewater, but she put Edgewater Park, which is about 3 hours away from my residence, and because of that I paid Extra a day and also paid extra miles, because of the mistake of the employee, and that affected me a lot and I want compensation.

It was a very bad service because I made a reservation a week ahead for a truck and a dolly. Then when i went to the store they sent me to another location to pick up a truck. After that problem in neither of the location they have a dolly. So my question is, what the purpose of making reservations? If the location will not have the equipment. For now no more rent with uhaul.

Efficient courteous and fast. Clean facility and fast pick up. Unlike the last time I dealt with uhaul. The place in Philadelphia was a dump and the people there were rude an not knowledgeable. Took 2 hours to rent a truck that I reserved. And I was the only customer there. Please I just rented from in Jersey was a pleasure to deal with.

A few things happened this trip. 1. I originally selected a separate location for pick up and was never notified by either email or phone call until AFTER I dropped off the vehicle when I was finished. 2. Because of this I originally Went to the wrong location. 3. Because I went To the wrong location I arrived At this one 2 minutes before closing. The staff (besides the gentleman with longer brown hair) was less than inviting. There was a separate a man who was noticeably annoyed. He did not help me through the process but had a lot to say about me holding up him “getting out of here”. Originally I set Everything up online to pick the van up but they still needed my card for some reason. I did Not have the card on me so my mother, who was in the parking lot, was bringing the car in, he said “what's the hold up, what are we waiting for”. Considering he was hovering over the girl working, he knew what the hold was. You never know what someone is going through, the reason we were using this u-haul is for less a less than ideal situation. Learn to be nice, welcoming, and KIND. Especially if you are in the customer service business.

Your Mount Laurel location is a joke. if it wasn't for the Edgewater Park location, you would never have me as a customer again. I reserved a 17 foot U-Haul truck earlier in the week for Saturday Morning 5 June pick-up at 7 am. I arrived at the Mt. Laurel location. No truck. Told me it wasn't returned. Tried to get me to take a 26 foot truck for same price as a 17 but that truck would be too big for the location I had to go. Then pretended to bang on the keyboard and state that he contacted the Edgewater location and they had a 17 (15 would have been fine) for me. I drove over there, and they gave me a blank look. Mt. Laurel never contacted them and Mt; Laurel changed my reservation to a 20 foot truck. Edgewater Park searched all through their database trying to locate a 15, 17 or 20 foot truck for me. No luck. They had one 10 foot truck left. I had to take it. No ramp. Had to make more trips and no ramp made it fun to load and unload in 93+ heat and get started 2 hours later If I hadn't made a reservation, no problem I could accept no trucks available if I walked in off the street but I did have one. Also, if Mt. Laurel couldn't locate a truck, why didn't they offer me a 10 foot truck without the "story" about locating a truck in Edgewater? The Edgewater Park location will have my business. Their professionalism and courtesy made the day. Want to improve your business? SIMPLE. Honor your reservations. If this happens again, you won't have my business but I'm sure one customer doesn't mean anything to you in the overall scheme of things.

Well, I never anticipated that the location wasn't going to be open at the time I was scheduled to return the motorcycle trailer, and I had a had time using the Uhaul website to confirm the return of the equipment. My camera would not give the uhaul website access to take photos, and I spend over 45 minutes trying to figure out how to process the return through the website. Other than that, the guys at the location were excellent...nice place to rent equipment. Great guys!

I would never recommend this store to any people of color. The two white men there are very Racist. I called 10min before coming to make sure they had the truck I needed. When I came into the store I approached the register, I said hello and proceeded to tell the guy i just called about a specific truck that you guys had. The man looked at me and said nothing. Wow, just rude! So I asked the guy next to him and said the same thing and he helped me out. I went outside to check the truck out. When I came back in to tell him which truck I wanted, the guy who was rude and wasn't doing anything at the time but sitting at the register was now playing with TOY MONKEYS AND A BLACK GUN. He smiled at me and said “ look what I found, they kept these toy monkeys clean huh” then he said to me what do you think if I pointed this gun at the Police? They'd probably shoot me down”. I ignored his antics to provoke me and proceeded to check out. This was a horrible experience that I had at Uhaul. Racism is still alive and well rather they do it subtle or outright. Uhaul needs to fire these people.

The four U Haul locations we dealt with were spectacular. Your corporate service center is horrible. We rented from a location 1/4 mile away. We were told to pick up 20 miles south. When we arrived he had one trailer. Corporate customer care sent us 40 miles North to get our truck and second trailer. The locations were very helpful. The U haul Corporate offices have no regard.

Zero COVID precautions were followed. No masks, no distance. Do what you want with no customers around, but at least mask up when a client comes in. I have no confidence that cleanliness protocols were followed either.

We had our reservation switched around 3 times with very little notice... please have the trucks ready at the location it's supposed to originally be at. Very unhappy with having to drive 40 mins away to pick up a truck that was supposed to be 6 minutes away.
