Nothing comes to mind with my interaction with them to where I can think of anything that would need to be improved.. I walked in the lady behind the desk, was helping another gentleman. She acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. Then a gentleman that works there came up. He also acknowledge me. He Spoke to me said hello and . Asked me if I was there to rent a U-Haul and I said yes. When the lady was done helping the gentleman that was there the gentleman that works there helped me get my truck I was in and out quick and easy. They are very nice and I would definitely recommend and this is not the first time I used them and I’m pretty sure it will not be the last lol
AMBER PMy experience at this location was extremely negative. The manager/employee who called me spoke to me in a disrespectful and humiliating manner and even threatened to report that I had “stolen” the trailer. I have been a loyal U‑Haul customer for many years in multiple states (Florida, New York, and New Jersey), and I have never been treated this way. Because of this unacceptable behavior, I will never pick up or return any vehicle or trailer at this location again.

Obed TThe truck was manual, very old, noisy, dragged while driving. You literally had to roll the window down and unlock the by pulling the handle. These trucks should be obsolete. I was switched to this location last minute and was told that I needed to download the app and get the truck whenever. The app didn't work, I couldn't register the vehicle and the key was inside the store, not on the truck. My p/u was for 9am the place opened at 1030... inconvenienced, but the guy was very nice, helpful. I've had an automatic 20' Uhaul truck and would've preferred that. The job was done, no issues with the truck but phase these trucks out or send them to Kentucky!
