The service was greet and pick up and drop off was very convenient. The service tech take time to explain the safety and proper use of the equipment in great details. This greatly contribute to success of the task.
ROBERT MVery efficient, but their computer was slow and had to wait for my final copy of my transaction sent to my email. But nice people.
GAIL P15' truck that I rented did not have a full take of gas when I picked it up, which I was advised. Inside the cab, I found a water bottle under the driver's seat, an uncleaned drink spill in the dashboard cupholder ( which I needed to clean) and someone's tie pin. Also, the blankets (6) had a bunch of dried leaves on them. The blankets were folded and in a plastic bag, when I picked them up from the store.

I rented a U-Haul to move only three televisions from Best Buy and returned it after hours at 7 PM on a Sunday. Days later, I was hit with a bogus $25 cleaning fee for a supposedly “dusty†truckâ€"an outright scam, considering how little I transported.It's clear this location preys on after-hours returns, knowing customers aren't there to dispute fraudulent charges. And when I tried to address the issue, the staff was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive, refusing to take any accountability. This isn't just bad serviceâ€"it's a blatant rip-off.U-Haul needs to investigate this location immediately. If you don't want to be overcharged and ignored, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other U-Haul locations that won't treat customers like a quick cash grab.

TARA STires on trailer were low at 30# so I pumped them up to 60#. The man who helped with hookup slipped on the ice a fell. Hope he is OK.

JOHNSON Dnothing to do with the location, i made a reservation for the trailer in another state where i was picking up the car. i booked it 2 weeks in advance and was told i had to pick it up over 100 miles from my stay. I ended up picking it up from a local dealer and had to tow it with me 200 miles to pick up the car. Not happy with the reservation process.
GLENN MIf another customer is given a truck that has weak battery and it is unable to start after only being shut off for 15 minutes after a 35 minute drive, UHaul should offer something to that customer for the inconvenience. Ie: a discount on the fee or a discount on the next rental.
ANTHONY PRented a Car carrier trailer and it had a bubble in the passenger side tire. Asked the U-Haul personal to change the tire or give me another trailer but they refused to do either. I was told to call the roadside assistance if the tire blows out. I told them it would be dangerous for me to travel from New Jersey to Virginia with the tire in such as bad shape but they did not care about my safety or the safety of the people on the highway. I had no other options but to take it as is. The tire blew when I reached Virginia and had to deal with the problem. The return location told me that NJ U-Haul should have never rented me such a poor condition trailer. I am requesting a full refund.
