Trailer had packing blankets on the floor. The previous renter left them. The agent told me they were left in there from renter before that. Just tells me that they obviously weren't inspecting the trailers between rentals. A running light was out also.
Make sure the return/check in process is relayed to the U haul main office. So customers do not get emails or phone calls days later about not returning rental equipment that has been returned many days prior.
Fantastic. I've rented from different U-haul places, this THE BEST.

THE INSIDE WINDOWS WERE FILTHY, NO WINDSHIELD FLUID, WIPERS WERE HORRIBLE, THE HEADLIGHTS HAD BEEN ADJUSTED SO YOU COULD ONLY SEE ABOUT 6FT IN FRONT OF TRUCK. I REPORTED THIS TO THE MAN WHEN I RETURNED THE TRUCK , HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME. NO CALL.
I paid for a dolly and pads but neither were in the truck. I left a note on the final invoice but never heard a response and was still charged

The gentlemen at true Value were outstanding! UHaul came through for me when Budget didn't have a truck for a confirmed reservation. I am forever grateful and will always recommend and use UHaul
It was a lot of work to rent the uhaul, picture after picture but I guess you have to do this so nothing gets stolen in todays crazy world.
The truck had a dolly inside along with a very wet blanket. Had I looked, I would NOT have gotten a dolly - the blanket was useless. Also, I AM the customer. I made the reservations, I made the payment, but since my neighbor drove the truck he is listed as the customer - NOT ME. I need to submit this to my company and I know it will be denied the way it is written, since Stan Tanski does not work for the company. I would like to get reimbursed for this money.from my company
Let the customer know that a loading ramp is NOT included in the truck.

I will never rent from u haul ever again! I always get poor customer service. Once they got my money they treated me like dirt & was unwilling to help me in a desperate time of need.

The woman setting up he rental was not wearing a mask. The truck was not really clean but it was fine for use.
Customer service at the pick up location was fast and friendly. The 10' truck was clean and in great shape. However, even being a newer truck, only had 40,000 miles. I believe there was an issue with the speedometer. I was following my friends car. She was doing 55 mph, and the truck said i was doing 70mph and i couldnt keep up.

Everything went very well I've rented from this location several times. Every time we need a truck or a van we always go there and I'll recommend anybody that needs to rent a van or a truck to move to use this location.

I selected an 8 am pickup up and arrived at 8 am to find out the store did not open until 11. Why would there even be an option to have an 8 am pickup?! Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and had to delay my move with my family waiting.
Fast and friendly. Had what we needed with just a one day notice. Definitely would return and would not hesitate to recommend to friends. Thanks!

We rented 6x12 trailer with ramp , when we tried to load item on trailer it would not fit because area where ramp was made was to narrow, more measurements need to be included in description of rental ad
this location is giving your company a black eye. the guy who runs it is very abrupt with answers to questions and from what i seen has too much going on
Truck was fine but try to do a better job of cleaning and deodorizing the cab. Smoker smell was bad.
We ordered a 26 ft truck but when we got there they only had 20 ft truck, it barely fit our stuff. If we hadn't moved are small items ahead time it won't of fit.

Update the computer at this store to a faster computer. It is so slow and they could do more business. They had a line of 5 people waiting to check in or out because the computer was so slow.
It would be nice if this location took mask wearing more seriously. When I returned the vehicle I saw them go out with what appeared to be a sanitizer solution, but it would also have been nice if they told be upfront they were sanitizing the vehicles between each use.
I was over charged
Awesome customer service. Will rent again from this facility and will recommend to others. They took their time to insure a safe set up and trip.
1. The uhaul electronic contract said the truck was 1/2 (8/16) tank, but upon check in the store said the tank was actually only 7/16 tank. I found upon getting the keys that the truck was actually at 5/16 tank. It took a picture and immediately I went back in the store and asked them to correct it. They modified the written contract only. Upon returning the truck with 7/16 full tank, which is 1/8 more gas than when I received it they claimed the tank was at 3/8 (6/16) tank and said the truck is supposed to be 1/2 tank and charged me for the difference. They refused to reverse the charges despite pictures of the fuel gauge, despite the contract, and despite talking to the exact same people. Very frustrating since I have well documented evidence before and after. If anything I am owed money for over filling the tank. The owner claimed I drove more miles than estimated and that's why they can charge for more gas, even though I was very agreeable to the mileage rate being higher than what I estimated. Very upsetting that such unscrupulous behavior is found at a u haul establishment. This is unethical and makes me so upset just thinking about my experience with this store. I think they should agree not to charge me for the extra gas, then I would have no complaint worth writing about. 2. The steering is misaligned. Wheel must be turned about 15 to 20 degrees to the right in order to drive straight. A little unsettling to drive. Truck had high miles so a lot of wear and tear is reasonable, but the wheel alignment may be an issue in an emergency maneuvering situation. 12 Volt plug was not functioning. Empty bottles and chip bags were behind the seat.
Online did not come close to showing what had been reserved in person at the "Pick Up" location. Pick Up record was accurate; online was very inferior.

I don't know what I was charged for I wasn't given no receipt or anything I wasn't told how much mileage was and I feel like I was over charged and I was also accused of not bring the uhaul back without them checking
Newer vehicles You got your money out of that ancient truck.
Trailer lacked proper rubber chain holders. Needed to find them on another unit. Store needed some organization.
Improve your phone assisted pickup. it absolutely sucked. Wasted an hour of our paid time, the guy hung up on us, and nobody told us we had to have a second phone to confirm the pickup. It sucked and I will never use it again. Also, I will tell 10 friends how bad it was.
U-haul could update the equipment. The truck was clean and maintained, but it seemed old. I know this because it had only 12V and no USB connections.
The rep that managed my rental asked me to read my credit card info out loud {account #, exp date, and 3 digit code} at the desk for everyone around to hear, instead of asking for my card and copying the info candidly. He also seemed distracted and unattentive, joking around with other customers in the store while I was trying to finish the transaction and get out the door. Definitely my least favorable UHaul experience but it was the only location in my area that had the equipment I needed
Drop off using phone was excellent! Quick and easy.
Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. One seasoned employee helped me hook up the trailer and offered several goo pieces of advice regarding security and drop off directions.
Make cleaning of inside the cab part of the set up. The last two trucks I have rented were dirty. The last one I could not see out of the windshield clearly.
Regrettably the previous renter was 30 minutes late in returning the Vehicle key to this Location. The truck was there but no key.
