The woman at the desk was a bit snarky about her employee. Maybe best not to talk badly about employees to customers.

Anna MillerI originally reserved a truck from another UHaul location via truck share. The keys were not in the box. After calling U-Haul Customer Service. (Twice to get the right line for truck share) I was sent to another location. Overal my experiences with U-Haul has been a good company with reliable trucks, but your locations are often gross a sketchy. The truck needs to be available as reserved. When moving customers have time commitments and other people waiting for them.

When it was time to drop it off, they met me promptly at the shop. I would highly recommend renting your U-Haul from them. Easy check in and out, courteous, helpful and kind.

I had to wait for its return (1/2hr?), had movers waiting for me when returned to home for loading! Also, this site DID NOT have Auto transport or other moving materials that were reserved! Servicer was courteous and polite apologized for mix up. DISLIKE NEIGHBOROOD RENTAL OPERATIONS!!!

Mark CurryUhaul was clean, however the communication was very poor. I reserved a truck at a certain location and with the size I NEEDED. The location was changed and we were not given the right truck. We had to take multiple trips with one VERY small truck. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never do this again
Taylor LewisThe truck was mostly clean. The online pick up and return is not that easy. It took 20 minutes to pick up the truck and over an hour to return it. I did watch the return video, but I do not recall it saying you have to be in the vehicle for it to work. If it does mention that, perhaps it needs to be emphasized.

Stephen HillTrucks were not cleared of snow and ice prior to pick-up. Windshield wiper on first truck came off as I cleared the ice myself. When I received the final bill last night, I noticed a $34,2 fuel charge for 8 gallons. I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel it had when I picked it up, which is what I was told to do when I rented from the same facility a few weeks ago.

David JarmanThe attendant that reserved the cargo trailer for me was courteous and helpful, however, when I picked-it up she was unable to identify my intended drop-off location which ended up being an issue for me later. The young lady who helped me hook-up the 5' X 8' cargo trailer seemed a bit inexperienced and lacked some know how. Luckily I had reviewed the video shortly after I had reserved and was aware of how to properly hook the coupler to my hitch ball. I also walked around the trailer myself pointing out pre-existing flaws and asked her to make note of them, which she took photos of.

No truck available. 1,5 hours the very nice employee got one the next town away with discounts due to the 2 + hours we were late and less mileage rate due to extra miles. However, I was charged full price. Called customer service they assured me it would be fixed and I would get an email. No email. Still charged full price and I get to waste more time calling again…. Not pleasant.
Jennie EveridgeThere was no truck. I had it reserved weeks in advance. I got a smaller one - late - and had to make 4 trips and a small partial load and pay movers 5 additional hours. This move cost me hundreds of dollars more than it should have and about 35 additional miles. I want reimbursed for the entire rental, seeing how the move should have only cost me about $350 but ended up being $650. I think that's the least that could be done. Unbelievable, Uhaul!!!
