Like are you serious right now? I hung up.

Phillip P.Try to adhere to your own terms of service, that would be a great place to start. Maybe not 55 literally 55 minute hold times. Maybe reconsider charging 55$ for gas for 20$ of gas and maybe have them assess the tank in person vs lying about the gas level and defrauding paying customers. I spent 147 $in gas driving 300 miles of I 75, then another 55 charge. Do the math, it's abusive practice
Sean H.The equipment was operational when it was installed at the rental pick up location. Halfway through the trip, the running/taillights on the trailer stopped working, (at night time while driving through the mountains in Pennsylvania).

I was not happy with the fact that I reserved a trailer online at the 31 mile in Romeo location but get a call at 7am the morning of my reservation and told I had to go pick it up at a different location 20 miles from my house. I have never seen a company that makes its customers run around to chase rental equipment.

KEVIN GALLAND B.This comment is not related to the location. I purchased insurance on the vehicle and locked my keys in the vehicle on the first day. I was told the insurance did not cover the lock out. They wanted to charge me $175 for the unlock service. Finally after hours of arguing they agreed to provide the unlock for free. Left a bitter taste in my mouth.
John K.Was very disappointed to find out when we arrived at our destination to find out there was no ramp thing like on the other trucks to utilize for walking up/down to load/unload items. Being I have health issues It was very disheartening but other than that things were as expected.

DAnne O.This neighborhood place took good care of. The place I went to pick up my truck along with my crew of movers gave away my truck that UHaul corporate arranged for me the day before. I certainly didn't agree to forfeit my arranged truck. I was very outraged by their actions. I realize the discounted rate corporate arrainged wasn't in their interest to keep, so getting full rate was more inline with their interest. I will definitely consider other options in future my concerns may become expressed through social media. Please correct your policy of giving away vehicles. If that means charging for no-shows then that's the worldly accepted practice for no-shows.
