Deborah LU-Haul needs to update their app to be more forgiving on the GPS location. I had to drive to a speedway down the road to checkin as sitting in the parking lot for the U-Haul place was apparently not the right location. I don't blame the U-Haul rep, I blame your app for being too restricted. Should be an option to check in regardless of location and log the location so it can't be abused.

Tyler CThe lady was super nice and very friendly. It was cold outside and she put a coat on and helped me lift the trailer onto the hitch (very heavy - suggest you put a jack on the tongue).
