The personal were very helpful.
Matthew COne little sign days drop off vehicle, no room to park. The house that it is in front of days NOT UHAUL. Had to walk to front of house, found drop box for key.
TANYA MThe app was faulty, truck was not full of gas, only 3/4. Couldn’t upload any photos, and place was hard to find and lock for key box was rusted, hard to unlock.
Joseph TThis location is hidden behind other businesses and looks like you are driving through a junk yard of abandoned FedEx trucks. The phone number provided for this location on the Uhaul paperwork and website is disconnected. The entrance was locked, and no one was around during normal business hours for drop off. I tried calling the number on the door, and no one answered or returned the message that I left requesting assistance with equipment return. Very poor experience.
