The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Didn't mind waiting for my driver to get to the location and added in a few extra moving blankets for me!

Location was excellent. U-Haul recently changed safety chains for the trailer I used. However, the “S- hooks” were so tight on the attachment point that they had to be beat on with a hammer to stretch out. I’m glade that I have a 10 yr old tow vehicle and don’t care about things getting kicked and scratched up.

Deborah LU-Haul needs to update their app to be more forgiving on the GPS location. I had to drive to a speedway down the road to checkin as sitting in the parking lot for the U-Haul place was apparently not the right location. I don't blame the U-Haul rep, I blame your app for being too restricted. Should be an option to check in regardless of location and log the location so it can't be abused.
