Woordstock Self-Storage customer service is a 5 star experience. The rep knew his equipment and trained me on safety procedures involving a complex 20 ft and Auto Tow Dolly. I definitely would recommend anyone to rent from Woodstock Uhaul rental. 5 star experience!!

GORDON FNo one was there, owner was rude when i called and now im being charged double. Got charged when i rented the truck and today for some reason im being charged again
Michael LI had to call and ask where to park the truck and no one walked out and looked it over and the gas was more in the tank than what it was when I picked it up I just like dealing with it on my phone better than in person. It's like I get a better deal with U-Haul when something goes wrong.
DUSTIN SBrad was incredible and very patient as we had to work through multiple storms during my rental period that included snow, ice, and heavy rains and mud. His assistance was unmeasurable. Thanks you made a stressful situation more managable.

Mary KI called to drop off place and ask what was the procedure. A gentleman replied to just find a spot and drop it off. I was a little uncomfortable with no one there but the app did provide to take pictures. Highly recommend taking pictures.

Jose MMy final location was in a town that has a UHaul dealer but instead I was sent to a town 10 miles away. Not happy with the extra miles and gas I had to pay.

Tracy WThis is a remote pickup location so used self-checkout and checkin. I reserved Tech, 24 furniture pads and one dolly and spoke to location manager the day prior to pickup and he confirmed pads and dolly would be placed in truck … but they were not
Steve BNot made aware of a more than $50 "rental tax" until final bill arrived. That is crazy too much and a nasty surprise for a one day truck rental.

He then went to the car dealership and loaded the car I had purchased. I had a 3 hour drive back to my home and was confident the car was secure. Thanks Brad for excellent customer service! KELISUZANNE KDay to day communication with the on-site manager was not a pleasure, however, the facility is well run. They are good about payment reminders, late notices and responding to emails. They tell you the rules and that's how everyone plays the game. Je les recommande.

SYLVIABRAMKAMP DWas nothing like Kingsport Tennessee. Kind of drab and not very many trailers. Was behind a house it looked like. Loved Kingsport location, Very Professional.
DEBRASUE SI got lucky there were some staff still there (after hours) to help get the trailer off of my hitch! Lesson learned: return during store hours or bring a jack!
DANIEL NNot happy that we had to call and wait, 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, for the sales person to arrive to check us in. When he came he was helpful and efficient.
PETERRICHARD KTook some time to get deposit back because they weren't open. Drop off time shouldn't be after close if you do a cash deposit.

LARRYDEAN TReceiving facility said tank was 3/4 full and it was slightly below full. Also was told if we returned haul to this location we would be granted more miles. Did not happen. Wasn't happened. Only $35 more charges but expectation Was different.
