The only thing I had problem with was the app when picking it up after hours. I would suggest going there instead of doing self pick up. The app has issues so it gave me a hard time but Brad was very helpful and came out to help me even though they were closed which was very nice.NINAMARIE C.

I set up our rental well in advance. 24 hours prior to pick up, my pick up location was changed from Front Royal, VA (7 miles from my home) to Woodstock, 35 miles away. I had ordered a dozen moving blankets and a furniture dolly, none of which was available.Michael R H.
My issue was with the truck share app. I was to pick up truck at 930, I was there at 915. Went to start pickup the app, would not recognize location. All my phone settings were on. Called for support, was on hold for 25 min, spoke with someone, put back on hold for another 45 min. Ended up having to call dealer rep who came down to rent me the truck. Messed up hole day. Had a crew waiting to move and because of this issue was two hours late! My issue is not with Brad the rep. He didn't have to come after hours but did and I'm thankful for that.SHANNONONEAL S.

The gentleman Brad was very friendly and thoroughly went over the contract with us verifying all of the information. The truck was in okay shape however the passenger mirror was cracked and the â€œgas saverâ€ gauge I'm positive was broken. Other than that we had no issues with the truck.Robert M.
This was the third location I was sent to. When I called to verify they had tvevequipment and what time I would arrive. The gentleman on the phone acted if it was an inconvenience. He told me he's not on site, I don't just sit and wait. I have him an exact time and he was 25 minutes late. No one would answer the phone. The representative we have dealt with a few times for different uhaul rentals - always Kate, never ready and full of excuses. We were delayed almost an hour when we picked it up. This isn't the first time with a poor experience .... but our choices are very limited.SAWYERHOWARD L.
The agent at this location was extremely unprofessional. He spent the entire time of checking me in cursing the previous customer. He was also driving through the parking lot ridiculously fast and threw gravel up onto my car, which caused scratches on my paint. When I brought this to his attention he said "I didnt see anything, so it wasnt me." I will not reccomend this location & will tell everyone to not ever use them.STACEYMARIE S.
There is no issue with this location itself. My overall experience was atrocious! My truck was no where near me, I needed to drive an hour to get there. When I got there after all that uhaul booked the wrong truck after switching it and I could not even check in. This led to us rushing around trying to figure it out, I tripped in the lot on loose gravel and smashed my cell phone I was trying to check in with. Thank god the owner in Waynesboro showed up and manually checked us in. When returning we could not get the self check in to work at all either. My overall experience was aweful and I will pay more for an actual moving company as you all made me move stressful and hectic!Christopher P.

I really wish I had been given the option of dropping off the U-Haul in Strasburg which was closer to the end point for our move. Having to drive the extra miles to Woodstock made us go over the allotted amount of Miles, so I ended up paying extra for the overage. Thank goodness it wasn't too much! Also, there was no guidance as to parking- such as road stripes or signs-and it seemed to be in back of someone's house!Colleen D.
