Remove the signage from in front of the house and mark where to go for the office. The house is a residence with the office no where in site, mark it as such!

No one was not present on site when we arrived. Had called to get directions and told that when we arrived we would probably have to wait for someone to return. Waited about 20 minutes then called to let them know were were waiting for their return. Was asked if we would just disconnect trailer and leave it. We could not do so. In about ten minutes, staff person arrived.

The customer service at my pickup location went above and beyond, as I did not have a ride the mile-and-a-half, to pick up the U-Haul truck that I was renting. So the gentleman that was working that day came in his personal vehicle to pick me up and take me back to the U-Haul rental agency.

***This isn’t directed at Woodstock Self Storage*** How is it that someone makes a reservation, gets a phone call 30 mins prior to the reservation stating the reservation isn’t available, and has to go an additional 30 miles out of their way, get a more expensive product, and has zero attempt by the company to charge them the same price? U-Haul decided they’d just not honor the reservation for a cargo van. No attempt to keep the price the same for whatever alternative they had, take it or leave it. Tried calling a few different locations and every employee I spoke to was obviously annoyed they had to deal with someone over the phone on a Sunday. Apparently people don’t move on sundays, am I right? On top of that, you don’t call Brad from Woodstock, let him know he’s got a customer waiting. This customer is obviously upset because YOU CANNOT FULFILL YOUR RESERVATIONS and is made even later due to your incredible lack of communication skills and your telephone customer service which may be better served using carrier pigeon or hand-delivering messages. The cost of the rental was well over $100 more than anticipated. The cost of the fuel was well over $50 more than anticipated. Poor Brad at Woodstock had to get out of bed on a Sunday when he expected to have a day off to help us, and he’s still been waiting on a damn cargo van from you guys. Rest assured that we won’t be using UHaul ever again and a big sincere thanks to Brad at Woodstock Self Storage for trying to get the price down for us and for being so understanding. U-Haul, your customer service is absolutely awful and consider us and our families business gone.

This was a smaller drop off that was also a storage facility. It was Later in the day and no one was on site but I was able to talk to them by phone and dropped the trailer off. I called to confirm it was there. Everything worked out on the return end

The customer service center is complete chaos! I arrived to my location and my app wouldn’t allow me to pick up my truck bc my reservation wasn’t put together properly by the rep that arranged it. When I called, I was transferred SIX TIMES!!! Back and forth to the same people! Then was told to call back in 15mins?!?! I have worked in customer service my whole life, I’ve worked in a call center and have multiple jobs as a manager and the way in which the matter was handled was completely unacceptable. The entire ordeal took 30mins to figure out which caused me and everyone else helping me move a good deal of stress. Asking me if I would recommend the location is an irrelevant question bc it’s not the franchisees fault that your “customer service” center couldn’t seem to get there act together. I would NOT recommend Uhaul to anyone based on my first and last experience!

I had an excellent experience with this UHaul dealer. The rep was was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He knew the specs of each vehicle and was able to determine precisely what I would need with just a few thoughtful questions. He was also cognizant while explaining the contract and paperwork.. I appreciate that he took the time to answer all my questions, explained unfamiliar features, and ensured that I was comfortable and confident before I left. He certainly represents your company well and I hope he is appreciated as a valuable asset. I will definitely recommend this UHaul dealer in the future.

Guy was late meeting me. Place is a mess. Rude and unorganized. Took almost an hour to rent the uhaul. I had movers sitting in my drive way getting paid to sit and wait for me to get there with uhaul. He knew this and appeared to find it amusing because he became even slower. I will never use this location again and will warn anyone who asks not to use it. Every other uhaul rental has been nothing like this.

I did not realize that I could pick up the truck without a human check in. I finally did complete the over-the-phone pick up. The manager was not on site when I called but he came and assisted my pick up. He said the new pick up system was only about 2 weeks old and he was actually glad to see how it worked from the customers point of view. He was very nice and helpful.

My main complaint is that my invoice shows a $25 cleaning fee when I returned the truck completely clean. All I did was move boxes and I swept out inside afterward. This is not the kind of treatment I am expecting from U-Haul (very dishonest)
