The trunk was dirty. No9 swept the back of truck. The staff was friendly and helpful. The equipment wasn't clean.
KERMIT SI brought it to the location after a snow storm. I called the local UHaul representative, and they had a guy come out to unhook the trailer, which was unnecessary but appreciated. Both the person on the phone to make sure of the drop-off and the person that assisted in knee deep snow were very helpful.

BRADLEY BWhen I arrived I was greeted and when I asked if someone could help with the car and trailer, a call was made and two very helpful guys met me at the truck and drove my car off the trailer and parked and unhitched the trailer without any delay…a very redeeming experience that helped restore at least some positive thoughts about U Haul

Scott REquipment had graffiti on it. Steering wheel was very loose. The pick up location was fine though.

Vincent KThe app is terrible. I was supposed to return this truck to the store in Zimmerman and did not have time to go to a different store. I was very upset and it was pouring rain when I had to take the pictures. I don't understand how you can change the drop off location when I pay the bill. I found this to be unacceptable and I will probably never ever rent a truck again through U-Haul.

Patricia EI reserved the truck in forest lake mn two weeks in advanced from the uhaul in forest lake mn and asked if there would be a problem picking up day after christmas was told uhaul operates every day. I didnt get a call for the truck to be picked up until christmas after I had called them two days before I was told they didnt get a truck at the location I had rented from and I woiuld have to drive 23 miles to get the truck arrived to get the truck at 9am no one there the place was closed i called uhaul then the next place was another 12 miles further so i went there the person there at the home on the property said his grandfather did the uhaul rentals and went to a meeting and would not be back for a hour and a half maybe was then sent to elk river mn another 26 miles away and I asked them to confirm that was someone there to get the truck from was someone is there. so i went there and there was someone there but they didnt handle the uhaul rentals and it was bu chance they were there just to catch up on some work but they were great they called uhaul and found mout to release the truck SO finally I had a truck but it was another 37 miles back to my house where had three freinds waiting to help load. so starting at 9am planning to be loading by 10am it didnt happen until 1pm i was able to get to loading I had hotel reservations in iowa and didnt get there until 1AM in the morning I was given a little off on the truckBut this feasko should not of happened and from now on i will pick another rental place for my moves.

James GMow the area the truck is parked, or direct people where to park it in the parking lot, it was a field with lots of tall weeds, which I had to walk around to take the required pictures. I also would absolutely NOT do virtual check in/pickup again, it took 40 minutes and a call to customer service, and no response via customer service chat, before I was approved to take the vehicle off the lot.
Blair BExcellent, rented a car hauler and they helped me get hooked up, checked the trailer lighting, helped me get loaded and strap the car down. Good folks, great to work with
Franklin BVery tired dolly. Missing 1 hold down for left fender. License plate light wiring bad. Tires pretty worn. Ratchet need attention, very hard to tighten

David MU-Haul overall was a big disappointment from having to change our pickup location that was given to us last minute from a 2 hour drive to this location which was the original location we picked. Then the truck we ended up with had NO AC so our 14 1/2 hour trip was horrible.
Marc KCharge less and don't lie about how much is in the tank. I was marked at 1/2 tank for return, when I started the truck it was way less than 1/2 a tank.

Kathy NThe employees need to know what they are doing. It took them 45 minutes to get me my truck keys and get me out of there and my rental was suppose to start at 8am.

Waited on hold for a long time, couldn't get the mobile pick up to work, website was crashing, then the customer service representative tried to say it was because I was an hour late… no. I was not late, it took me an hour to get you on the phone.

Kayla ZTrailer wasn't ready they had no clue about renting Hooked up myself no help. The ramp was defective fell on my foot very painful Very dirty. No help at drop off either no paperwork not s good experience st all and have rented many over the years pretty sad

CLIFFORD LOne tire was very low on air, 22lb instead of 50 like the others. The door would only open halfway, and that was with 2 people heaving it up. It then jammed solid and a repairman had to come out in order to fix the door. Cost us 2 hours of waiting around.
