The lock box was frozen and the keychain broke inside the box while trying to retrieve it. The customer service was sub par at best. I never received my moving blankets and was asked if I wanted to travel to another location to pick them up. I wasn't charged for them, but frustrating that I was expected to track them down myself.

The service was excellent.
BEN OI had requested moving pads and dollies. Neither were in trailer.
Heather BOverall a terrible experience. From changing my prefered pick up place and adding extra mileage to my trip, to then having to checkin without anyone, to then the agreement saying i had 47miles free, to then at checkout not being ble to self checkout because the app didnt work. To then the agreement suddenly saying only 32miles were included, to me filling up the tank to the correct amount only to be charged for fuel again, even though i filled it up. Terrible first time experience.
Jordan SI needed to sweep out the trailer before I could load it. Leaves, sand and metal pieces. Otherwise pickup and drop off service was excellent. Trailer worked well.
