Everything was great no complaints

One tire was very low on air, 22lb instead of 50 like the others. The door would only open halfway, and that was with 2 people heaving it up. It then jammed solid and a repairman had to come out in order to fix the door. Cost us 2 hours of waiting around.

Overall, great experience!

They were very helpful to troubleshoot my light hookup problem. I had a blown fuse for the trailer lights. Replaced for free. Great service!

World Class Auto Body was a nice change from my last uhaul rental. Nice place, nice people, fast service. Now if only uhaul itself could get it's act together and stop changing my reservation multiple times that would be wonderful.

The steering on the 20' box truck needs to be addressed. There was to much play in the steering. Getting the equipment I needed was a hassle, Troy was AMAZING! He definitely saved the company, I was ready to go through another place to get the equipment I needed. Troy went above and beyond to help me the best he could. Show the person picking up the trailer how to hook it up and unhook it.

Better Uhaul information and support (bottleneck) to their field contractors. I always felt good knowing field staff performed their job above and beyond what their job description called for.

Insist that Units are Cleaned prior to pickup. The floors in my Truck was Extremely muddy

The location was great and accommodating. The online reservation was horrible. I reserved a 26 foot truck. I got a 10 foot to start moving prior to my reservation time. The 26 foot truck was never available. Uhaul and the location have a big disconnect. Uhaul never seemed to notice I didn't pick up the larger truck, but sure called when the smaller truck wasn't back on time when it was not reserved and my reservation for a larger truck was not started. I moved a 5 bedroom house in a 10 foot truck. Maybe a have you picked up the larger truck call to find out it did not get fulfilled would have helped. Do yourself a favor, reserve locally direct.

Nice people, but you had their hours wrong. I rushed out there for no reason.

The key drop box was not marked as though it was for Uhaul.

The entire experience was outstanding. We were in a real "bind". I had to coordinate this from your facility in Canyon Country , Ca. on Sierra Highway. and arrange pickup in Minnesota in Elk River and dropoff in Tioga North Dakota. (which was changed to New Town , North Dakota on my request) Everyone I talked with was very helpful. The entire rental process went very smooth
