Carlton S.Trucks should be serviced and test driving before leasing out. I've used uhaul quite a few times and was always happy with your service but this one was a nightmare From reservations to checking in truck.
Cindy K.Not screw people reservations up. I reserved 15 ft truck and it was moved from defiance to Bryan 2 hours before pickup. When we got there we waited an hour to find out you guys screwed up again and ended up with a 10ft so we had to take more trips which ended up being more expensive.

JOHNATHAN N.My Uhaul experience is terrible. I booked one month ago. The day before I should pick up vehicle, I got a message and tell me the vehicle is not available. I visited the local office, they told me nothing they can do about it. I called the central office, after one hour hold and many arguments, they find a vehicle 103 miles away. I have to go to pick it up and they give me only 80 "free" miles, because you measured straight line distance. Why do not you tell me early if you do not have the vehicle? Please compensate me the extra miles, and 4 hours of my son and my time, and my personal vehicle usage

frank S.Online check-in took longer than I expected by having to take SOOOO many pictures of inside and outside of truck for cleaniness and location. Moving in the WINTER will cause more mud and dirt issues that moving in the summer. A slightlier messing truck should be expected in Winter. We did our best to mop up dirt and mud in cargo area but not for floor boards.

Tom G.Not the first time I've arrived at a U-Haul rental location and the U-Haul computers are down. That's frustrating when one shows up at the promised pickup time and is trying to maintain some sort of schedule.

The problem was with the call center I had to call 4 times to get the right day and time the 4th time the lady was great handled it like a true professional took care of the problem. They really need to train more of their call center people like the last woman was trained.

TIM P.This Bryan, OH location and the representative who helped me there were great! The reservation experience itself was not good, and the first woman I spoke with when I called about the problem I experienced was just short of rude, and seemed very unconcerned, then I was disconnected when she 'transferred' me to someone else to try to fix the issue. I was unhappy to discover that the trailer I "reserved" was not actually available (unless I wanted to travel 40 minutes to another location), and even more so that that information was not given until the day before pickup - very poor service in my opinion! So unless I'm quite desperate for something to move with, I will not likely be using Uhaul again.
