If you have to go to a town many miles from where you are wanting to pick up then you should be allowed that many miles extra and not be charged for over miles! I will not us U-Haul again!!!

Kenneth BThe location was closed when I dropped off the truck you really need to look at your drop off procedure the gas was at were it was when I picked it up but yet I was charged for extra gas and I was charged for extra miles witch i feel that I did not go any extra miles
