Lisa MI don’t agree with the prices and customer service at the location I went to was poorly lake and no time to explain details and questions that was asked.
Destanee RCharged me a surcharge of 15 for insurance without asking me if I wanted it. On top of that I feel like they were out to get me on a gas surcharge but since I informed them prior to returning they claimed it was okay and realized the gas they said was in the tank was actually less, so they could only really charge me for the extra miles which is understandable of course but , seemed more expensive than me going to a different U-Haul site

DANTE FI will call. The service was awful, truck was dirty, equipment wasn't available as promised. Then they tried to overcharge me! Had the nerve to try and send me to another Uhaul location to pick up the equipment they were supposed to have (according to the 2day before online contract) and charge me by the mile for driving to and fro the other location. Woodlyn is not the same as it used to be. They have absolutely no respect for clients and are a STAIN on the UHaul brand!!

Asia JRentar el vehículo fue un proceso normal pero al ser entregado esperé varios minutos después de haber verificado que hice la entrega como indicarán y me dejaron saber que todo estaba bien. Cuando llego a mi hogar luego de media hora me hacen dos transacciones en mi tarjeta por la cantidad de $54 y al dado hecho que no tenía los fondos suficientes no se completó. No tenían porque hacer esa transferencia si yo hice mi pago completo más lo entregué con la gasolina que correspondía. Tuve que bloquear mi tarjeta con temor de que me estén robando mi dinero o intentando hacerlo. A este lugar no vuelvo a rentar.

GILBERT SFor starters if I had a pick up time of 6am I expect the van to be ready at 6am, I was upset because I had to wait until 7:30am when the store open to pick up the van which puts me 1 1/2 hours behind of what I needed to do, this is the second time I had issues and about to rent elsewhere, customer service or the store doesn’t take any responsibility but only to be paid for the rental
Angel CThe uhaul portion allegedly opens at 10am? The not very pleasant woman working told me that my 9am booking was illegitimate. Then went back and forth with me for 45 minutes and eventually she got onto the computer and started filling things out. The truck they gave me was parked behind another truck so I had to go back inside to ask for it to be moved and I had to move it myself. The driver and passenger door had a very very challenging time closing completely. As the day went on and the cab heated up it began smelling like weed.

Tasheeka SMy truck smells like an ashtray, the price that was quoted, was not the price I paid! I am thankful that the truck was readily accessible and easy to return but I have no other rave reviews.

tan nThe location where I was scheduled to pick up my truck did not have my reservation ready and told me my truck reservation was for the day before. When I showed them the reservation for their location and that I was there on the correct day, 2 miracles happened. First my truck reservation changed to a nearby mini mart that rented trucks, AND a taxi driver happened to work there who would take me there for a fee. What a scam! When I got to the mini mart location, in a seedy area, the store manager had a very heavy accent and could hardly be understood. While he waited on me store customers were lining up at the lottery counter making him hurry through my transaction. The extra equipment I reserved was also an issue. The moving bankets were used and repackaged poorly. They were dirty and full of debris... and only 11 instead of dozen... Also, when I returned the rental here at my destination, I was told that the hand truck I was given was not U-Haul equipment. A really poor experience in New Jersey! U-Haul should pull these businesses franchises from them!

Christopher AWhy to expensive paid almost $600 for 2 1/2 days charged $30 for someone to put gas in it when it had gas and.$50 for the gas. Then $30 for late charge late for what. I paid for full day and brought it back earlier and was late paying. The taxes I wasn't supposed to be charged that considering I did it online and wasn't my fault the uhaul website and app wouldn't work that day. Was way over charged on top of the truck was so dirty on the inside I couldn't really believe it spilled coffee all over the dirt and dust food crumbs on the floor couldn't barely see out windshield NEVER AGAIN EVER

Austin JI wil never use U-Haul again because of the individuals at the Xpress Mart. Misleading info., pricing mishaps and rude woman who works the counter. Very unhelpful. Also, the 800# customer service is awful.
EVAN DI completed the online registration process before arriving. It still took a long time to get the rental started.
Bradford EThe truck had trash in the back when I picked it up. The man at the counter didn't understand me or didn't care to try and double charged me after I told him I already checked in online he took my lisense and credit card and charged me again. Then blamed me when I told him he wasn't listening. Over all terrible experience and this isn't my 3rd time renting with uhaul.
CHRISTINA TCheck in was horrible. I rented a dolly and it was not included. I opted for the 24/7 mobile check in and it didn't work. I was onsite for 60+ minutes before it worked. I will never use Uhaul again.
Erin LTerrible experience. Dog hair, cigarette ash, trash and dirt in the van. Vendor couldn't complete the transaction, had to call you guys to do it. 25 minutes to get the van with no one else in the place, and it's the 2nd time that's happened. They're the worst.

parthv POn November 19,2022 @ 10am my brother went into this location to pick up the rental truck for my move from NJ to PA. The representative was very rude and his customer service was terrible. He stated that I needed to give him my credit card so he can charge my card for insurance . I will never use this location . Merci
