The steering on the truck was out of line. We have rented Uhaul trucks a number of times, this one didn't drive or ride well at all. THE UHAUL WEBSITE WAS DOWN (NOT THE FAULT OF THIS LOCATION) which created a stressful start to our day and more hours for people that were moving than we planned.

The customer service was horrible. The staff is rude, mocking, and serve as a bigger inconvenience than ever. Moving is stressful, but the harassment I've felt both times at that location made my anxiety worse. Not only was the wait time ridiculous, but I wasn't assisted with anything, so image if I didn't know what I was doing when it came to the truck, or the set up. I was then harassed due to being 2 cm away from half. I had to tell the gentleman not to put his hands on me after him touching my back, shoulder and arm. My overall experience was ridiculous and I honestly expect uhaul to handle their partnership with this location. Since I was told they only pick up and drop off, so the store don't do anything. I have to make 2 more trips in a month, and may have to look elsewhere for my truck rentals.

When I went to book my reservation through the 800 number at U-Haul I wound up getting bounced around about six times as to where I could pick up my box truck wound up driving to two different locations and was told I needed to go to another location to pick up the actual vehicle. This was a poor experience for my rental and when I called the 800-number to see if there is any type of compensation to be made they said no since I had already signed the contract and pick the vehicle up. I have never experienced such a dis-organized business especially one of the size when trying to deal with a simple rental. I am hoping this is just a one off and not a common occurrence. I wound up returning the rental two days early with a quarter tank more of gas than it was run it with I am hoping that u haul will be able to find some type of compensation for all of the confusion and issues I ran into.

There was masonite dust all over the truck, so now there is masonite dust all over everything I own. The manager was rude, and his store stunk like curry and cigarettes. He tried to give me a truck with a cab that stunk like an ashtray. When I asked for one that didn't stink, since I don't smoke, he acted like I was the problem. I will never use this location again.

The location was convenient and quick, but the online check in took way too long. I was prompted through questions twice. They were the same questions that I completed ahead of time to help with time. I was 30 minutes late because I was directed through so many questions again just to get the key. Checking in ahead of time should alleviate all of that, but it did not in my case.

Omg a savior. Another location wasnâ€™t even able to send a confirmation - couldnâ€™t leave the truck there. This was quick, easy, and convenient.

I've used UHaul many times and never had a problem, but this site was horrible. Filthy van and poorly maintained--I didn't feel safe. Van revved going up gear from 2nd to 3rd/4th gear (I've driven these vans before and have had no problem). In addition, store clerk was really rude to me, and grabbed my phone out of my hands when I told him I couldn't upload the online photos of my license as UHaul's program doesn't interface well with Samsung Note 8's. He snapped, "Don't blame us," then grabbed my phone out of my hands and tried to do it himself on my phone. Of course, he wasn't able to. He had to then use his iPhone. Didn't apologize. I submitted photos to your rep Nickole - it documents how filthy the van was; even the windshield was filthy - and she said someone would contact me, but no one has.

2nd and last rental from this site. First time the wiper blade fell off on a snowstorm. This time the drivers door didnâ€™t close fully. The cashier ordered me to get the rented blankets from the truck and when I brought them in and lay them on the floor, she yelled at me for leaving them in the floor. She confronted me and I told her I paid to use them and I shouldnâ€™t have to bring them into the store. She told me I was crazy and needed to go back where I came from. Worst customer service, equipment condition and overall experience yet.

I paid for a moving dolly, but it wasnâ€™t there. The truck had a service engine soon light on, andthe clerks in the store didnâ€™t believe in using the express check in app. Overall not my best experience. Without the moving dolly, I lost a lot of things.

The cashier added insurance charges, when I specifically asked for then to be removed in the beginning. They did the same to the woman behind me in line. The truck smelled like dogs and body odor and they clearly want to get more money out of customers.
