TIMOTHY TThis has been one of the most frustrating business experiences of my entire life!! One gentleman who answers the phone at (715)504-0038 is very condescending in his approach on the phone to customers. i experienced this not once but 2 times from him. First when I tried to rent a 5x8 enclosed trailer from him and found out that the location is only open until 1 pm. I needed to pick it up at a later time ,so called to try to see if that would be acceptable. I was told this time and when I called to try to drop off the trailer early, that I had to use the Uhaul App. which was not working for my purposes. I was sent numerous verification codes, but not able to check the trailer in for droop off. I explained this to him, but He really seemed like he could not be bothered to give any sort of personal approach to this business. I will never use Uhaul again because of this experience.

whitney wTrailer had severe issue with out of balance tire or something else. It felt like it was shaking my entire car apart to the point that I felt sick during the last part on the drive on both directions. Scared to rent again for a longer trip.
TODD JUhaul false advertises rates on their website. It said $.69/mile but then on the contract they change it to $.99 because it was on a Saturday. Nowhere on the website was that CLEARLY stated.

JOSEPH PNot the fault of this location But ------I still don't know if I have access to UHaul on my app. I was sent repeated messages, had an on-line chat, and still needed to speak with the Marinette branch in person to confirm my reservation. Also, my daughter's phone number is linked to my account. We are on the same phone contract but she has never rented from UHaul. it was confusing to this old man and took quite a bit of time and frustration.

Kim ECharged $158 for the smallest inclosed truck that they had. Dirty under seats has back up camera, but has hand crank windows. They did not have a pickup truck available. This is unacceptable pickup trucks should be plentiful. Waaaay over charged for a 45 min one time trip. The company should have the option to pick how long you want the vehicle for, not just a minimum of 24hrs. So over all. Unsatisfied. And feeling robbed.

MATTHEW JImprove your on line check in program . They are confusing and hard to use. It took almost an hour to get the keys for my truck. there wad supposed to be furniture blankets in the truck and they weren't there. Person we talked to on the phone was very helpful but she was at the headquarters not at the local office.tried calling the local rep and all I got was static.
RICHARD BNot a thing. Actually Mr.Neret was very open and honest and very personable with myself and my daughters. The rates were within our budget and questions we asked were answered with easy to understand information we needed to know while borrowing this Uhaul. We are from another state and recently moved to Marinette Wisconsin. Thank You so much! ,you have great rates and most of all professional,friendly customer service.
Lorie NWoman who hooked up my trailer took 40 minutes to help me even though I was on the schedule and called ahead. She was drunk or high. She kept running into issues with the computer. She kept dropping things in her hands like her phone, paperwork and stapler. She needs to be drugged tested randomly and fired when she fails. She did not hook up the trailer securely or the chains correctly. 1 mile after we left the location the trailer come off and hit the back of my vehicle causing significant damage. I will be filing a claim for damage to my Jeep. I've never had a Uhaul experience this bad before. Terrible worker and she could have got someone killed with the lack of proper trailer protocol. I has to use YouTube myself to hook it up properly and drive 2000 miles across the country.

MICHELLE SI purchased extra resources such as a dolly to move, and it was not included even when purchased to rent. I rented a truck for 24 hours, and ended up only using for about 2-3 and returned same day. Make sure you know exactly how long you will be using, because you won't get reimbursed if you bring back early.
Alexis TThe truck and location were great, and I had zero problems with them. The online check in process, however, is excruciating. Expecting two references to not only be available, but then have to drop what they are doing to wait for a call from Uhaul is a bit ridiculous. It took 30 minutes to get through the whole process with is 20 minutes too long on my opinion.
Andrea BLabel text alerts as "uhaul" not with text "nunber" Missed my alert that pickup location was changed, and had to drive to new location and that new location was only open certain hours. Even though automatic registrationpickup was available, location that I was transferred to had more limited open times to help with pickup/checkout..

Mark GI would recommend both U-Haul and this location to anybody who needs to move. The people were extremely helpful and help me resolve problems as they came up. I will be using them for my next move in the next year or so.

Jennifer bLots of room to maneuver the trailer for drop off, access off the highway very easy. Staff on duty were very helpful and pleasant!
Cathy FThis location has hours of 8 am til 1:00 pm. I dropped at 4 pm and just barely was able to lift the trailer off. In the future, I will be sure to check the hours before selecting.
JOE PExcellent service à la clientèle. I was truly impressed with the quality of customer care in this day and age where businesses and people in general do not care about customers any longer. I'd highly recommend renting from here.

LLOYD JPicking up was easy. I had originally declined the coverage and yet it was on my bill. The staff was not sure how to remove the coverage but he was very resourceful and immediately called someone that could help and it was taken care of in an instant.
