The on line check in and check out was difficult. Had to call to get help to pick up. The app was a bit confusing for checking in. Kept timing out.

I rented a truck for 24 hours, and ended up only using for about 2-3 and returned same day. Make sure you know exactly how long you will be using, because you won't get reimbursed if you bring back early.

Expecting two references to not only be available, but then have to drop what they are doing to wait for a call from Uhaul is a bit ridiculous. It took 30 minutes to get through the whole process with is 20 minutes too long on my opinion.
