ROGELIO PThe location was outdated there's no mobile app pick up. I had to wait for check in as this is a grocery store as well be aware. I was in the transit of moving so with my luck I lost my phone and still needed the truck unable to communicate with them I ended up being two hours late only to be greeted to the store manager telling me I was late and made it inconvenient for someone else that reserved it. I was charged either way the money was made so I didn't see why it mattered definitely not the customer service I was Expecting but absolutely never again

Luz JThe van that I picked up, had issues with the back door lock. I had to come back within an hour of renting the truck, because the back door would not close. The owner then tried to say that I caused it, when I had just picked up the truck. The time the owner spent on fixing the door, my storage unit closed. And nothing was moved. So I had to extend the truck into the next day. The owner called me complaining because it interferes with other reservations. However, it was because of his truck, I was not able to get things done the first day. Very stressful.

Robert wThe truck was super dirty, had leaks in the doors and right over the center rearview mirror. Although the truck didn't seem to be that old because of the millage it was in a pretty bad condition for the trip I was about to take. The AC didn't work properly either

Eusebio CHave vehicle gas filled after a rental before charging for refilling. I went to the gas station 4 blocks away. The pump didn't stopped at $0. 48, yes less than a dollar. I keeps pumping, even though the pump kept stopping, until $1. No More gas fit in the tank. I returned the truck immediately. I was charged for 2 gallons, probably because the gas tank gauge did not register. Best practice should be to try putting gas before charging.
