No clean, smell smoke, has several lights on :( the car is old.
LUZ RHad a good variety of equipment and good recommendations of what would work best. Also, had the option to return equipment on the weekend.
TANJA SFirst of all, I deeply appreciate Valerie's outstanding service and accommodation to my family as we conducted our move, renting the 20-ft truck. Given your question about improvement, I suggest that you remove the zip tied hand truck and moving blanket from inside the truck's bay. These items get in the way of moving, and occupy storage space, now question about it. In making the online reservation, I had already indicated I did not need these items, yet I was surprised to find them affixed to the inside of the truck bay. Seems a bit "in your face" for a quality brand like U-Haul, I hope you agree. Thank you, John

ALEJANDRO MI asked for no less than a 12 foot bed. I was told it was 15 feet, the 15 feet was above the cab of the truck, which is not the bed. The wood could not be layed fat which is no good for the wood

OTTO JLindsay was great and easy to work with. Vehicle was almost brand new!
MARINA TAfter we picked up trailer, loaded it up and went to get coffee before starting our journey. At the coffee shop we noticed that one of the tires were bulging, likely to have a nasty blow out if we continued our our way. We paid for the roadside assistance. After having to wait 1,5 hours for them to arrive, they did replace the tire and checked the other tire to make sure all was good. In the future, we will only rent from a Uhaul store and not one of the random satellite locations.

Lawrence SFirst time visiting a Self-Service Uhaul to lift and hook , return and park a trailer in its place. Rarely seen a customer do all the work instead of Uhaul employees. They need to get a trailer robot / powered jack to help move trailers in and out of parking spots instead of asking customers to do it all themselves. Unless this is the new model.
