Well, everything was clean and well maintained EXCEPT for the utility dolly in the truck. I had no intention of using it but while I was driving it detached from its mounting and broke the seal. Upon closer inspection, it looked like the part meant to secure the dolly to the truck was only held on with one bolt instead of two which I think added to how much the dolly moved around in transit and eventually shifted free of its bindings. That, or the wing nut just wasn't tightened down enough. I'm not gonna' make a big stink over $7 and ask for a refund, but it is an annoying amount to pay for a service I didn't use. Please fix the dolly mount so this doesn't happen to another customer.

Kenneth WSuper nice staff, very easily accessible location. Moving is a very stressful experience. This drop off location/staff made it that much easier. Very happy with my experience.
