The truck was just really dirty on the inside. But it ran well and was an easy process

I finally had to go ask someone inside for help which was the first time any part of the truck check-in/out process went smoothly. While the facility itself was nice, the hassle of dealing with the app not loading and spending over 1 hour on the check in/out process is enough I will be considering other truck companies in the future.
Davis O.Get your I.T. people up to speed. Your app sucks, wasted 45 minutes with glitches in the mobile phone pickup circus. Also I rented a furniture dolly and an appliance dolly. I received a utility dolly and furniture blankets…that stuff shouldn't be rocket surgery…

melvin N.The cargo van that I rented wasn't clean in the inside, it was cleaned I. The outside only. The Cube Storage location where I picked up this vehicle works limited hours, just 10am to 4pm from M-F and few hours in the weekend. I picked this cargo van on a Monday at 10am but I wished I could have picked it up at least and 8am and could return it by 6pm. The U-Haul rates are very competitive compare to other similar businesses

Veronica K.It started when I got to the truck and there was no dolly. I went in to let the guy behind the desk know and he said I don't have any, I have to wait for a shipment. I am a single mom with teenagers helping me move. You can imagine the importance of the dolly. When I dropped the truck back off the truck that was there when I left had a dolly in it as the back was not a bit. Then my truck was filthy. The steering wheel was sticky. Crumbs all over the floor and seats, and the cup holder has bit of food in them. Very disappointing experience.
Tiffany J.LOVE this location and the great people who work there! Brandon, Tucker, and Choicey are always very personable and professional. The place is always VERY clean, as are the rentals. I have several locations to choose from. All are within a few miles, but since I found this location this is my home base. My only comment is the lack of parking for clients- whoever lives above the office yells out her window when you park in front of what must be her garage. There are only 4 spots, one is handicapped, and apparently one is hers. I explained to her I would only take a few minutes. Maybe she needs a less convenient spot for her, giving clients a place to park without being reprimanded. Otherwise, no complaints! This is my go-to location!

The location referenced was our original location, but then was changed to a location that was actually closed, then a third location, also not successful, and then eventually back to the original location. Why not just leave it at the original location?

As a child I cleaned trucks for him. In the years since I have rented 10 to 12 u hauls. With the last two rentals I will not likley rent again.

LISA V.Deserve some kind of compensation for the Ill way this rental was handled along with 3 others rentals were handled! Nobody in the shop, doors locked with a note on the door. Waited over an hr. Had to do everything online and every single lockbox was empty of the keys.
Jennifer G.My truck did not come with the hand truck and the moving blankets I requested. Fortunately the location was open when I picked up my truck and they had those items in stock. The most frustrating part was dealing with the online check-in, which was a miserable experience. I am a 20 year software developer and have been using computers nearly all my life so I know how websites, computers, and apps work. UHaul's app is horrid to use. It took me 45 minutes to pick up the vehicle because of the poor app design and problematic interface.
Chad G.I set up for pick-up via mobile app as I have several times before. However this particular time I was unable to get the app to work so I went into office to get assistance. I was helped and did get my truck, however had they added the extra coverage fees to the account despite me declining. When I returned the truck through the mobile app it showed the charges and I requested to be contacted to report. I was never contacted, just charged and moved on. I understand $14 will not break me or UHaul but the service certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

Adrian M.A service warning light came on not long into my 700 mile drive. I felt very unsafe and insecur with the truck shaking and not having 100 % steering control. Why would they give me a truck that required service? Told the drop off location, and nothing became of it. The customer service at pick up was ok, the truck was not. Also, when I started it, it was very loud and didn't sound right. This is definitely something that should have been acknowledged by someone prior to renting out. Unless equipment is in such demand, safety is not a high concern for uhaul?

Kyle B.Battery of the truck was nearly dead, it had enough charge to start the truck but when I got it to the load up site and shut it down, there was not enough charge to start it. I had to jump the truck, called a friend to come over. Also, the truck has less than a quarter tank of fuel when I picked it up, very inconvenient.

Shahab M.Streamline the after hours drop-off process! It was absolutely ridiculous all the crap you have to go through. I spent more time trying to complete the drop-off than it took setting up the rental, doing the online check-in and driving to the location to pick-up the van. I will never attempt an after-hours drop-off again.
