The appliance dolly I ordered was not in the truck when I arrived. Fortunately there was someone there who was able to give me a dolly. The Uhaul app continues to be a pain to use. The camera works poorly (somehow it's much lower quality than the native camera on my phone) the workflow is confusing and I had to restart the check-in and check out process multiple times. The geofencing when checking out is too "tight" and it wouldn't let me check out where the truck was parked (about 100 yards away from the office), I had to drive the truck to the office to do the checkout and then had to move the truck back to it's proper checkout location.

Sweet little gal working the desk was so very helpful. Answered my questions calmly and knowledgebly. Such a pleasant gal to deal with.. van was not necessarily clean interior wise but did not affect anything. Van worked well for my purpose. Nice vehicle.
