The rental process was very easy. The location was a bit cluttered. However, The person I dealt with was very accommodating, helpful and courteous.

nichola dipaDisappointed had to go passed Uhaul near my house to pickup about about additional 5 miles. I was told I could bring back to the one which was only about 1 mile from my new house. Then at pickup I was told I had to bring it back to pickup spot. What a circle jerk. That's Ok gas is cheap and I got nothing else to do.Next time I'll try some one else. Fellow at pickup spot was very nice.

IGOR FURERHave a U-Haul employee on site. Do not ask me to use "WhatsApp" to call an unknown number in New York to conduct U-Haul business. Provide paperwork for the rental describing the return process. Have the facility open during normal business hours for a return. Remove large rocks and bricks from the parking lot so customers can park trailers without damaging their vehicles. Discuss insurance options when renting. Do not automatically add the insurance fee.

Yury MarkhaliukWhat a disaster. The location was an absolute mess. When i arrived there were 2 guys on site who were mechanics who only spoke Russian and weren't helpful. They gave me another Russian guys phone number who showed up 15 minutes later who gave me another guys phone number who walked me through the process to get the key. There is no reason why this location should be a Uhaul location unless you are intentionally trying to tarnish your brand and ensure that every customer is supposed to feel like they are walking into a Pulp Fiction scene.
Carl WitteHave employees that are honest maintain the equipment especially the management team is especially disrespectful dishonest and rude I can't believe that a company like you would have such low standards as a business owner I would prepare to rather fire this people after speaking with the costumer support got the ok to drop off at the below address not the designated at 1:30 ish at night your traffic control manager rudely declined and hanged up the phone twice lower rank employees of yours are far more concerned about your business than your management how don't worry about the customer service and the future of your company with an attitude of that nature I use a lot of rental companies for various jobs I would definitely try to avoid this insult that I had to go through from your company I have been called I layer when reported a damaged equipment stating that " I inspected the dolly and there was nothing broken " when I had to stop and handle the broken strap that could caused severe damage perhaps death why would I report this if there was no damage to the equipment? Anyone who is normal knows that reporting a defect when there is non will be verified. I would look in to this and educate the employees make changes perhaps letting go of some
Elinor FerkoWhen we arrived no one was there and we were told to just call a number by one of the mechanics. There was no answer and we waited 5-10 minutes for someone to call back. Finally we were all set but our truck was double parked and we needed to wait over an hour for it to get unpacked. I also needed to go out and explain to the mechanics how they can get the truck out. It costed us moving time and energy. I was extremely disappointed.
William HollandI've rented U-Haul trailers before and never had a issue. Granted this was at a official U-Haul location. But, I would not recommend this place to anybody. When I went to pick up the trailer nobody was there working in the office. finally after waiting for over 30 minutes and yelling for help I found a mechanic in the back, who spoke very little English, and told me in broken English "nobody here to help me" and that was it. At this point I was pretty annoyed and demanded to speak to someone who could help me. Eventually some women, who was friendly and helpful, came in and finished my reservation. You would think this wouldn't be the case when I dropped it off. But, no same issue when I dropped it off same thing over again. Only this time the guy who really didn't speak English told me to go to a different U-Haul to drop off the trailer. Needless to say I walked out before losing my cool. Fortunately, I was able to do the drop off online, which was seem less and pretty easy. This place should not be a U-Haul provider.

Bryan WaldronThe gentleman was very professional and courteous. One issue I had as a customer was the online check out. The process was not very clear as I went to uhaul.com/share, clicked on "Get Started" button to return the trailer. I received a verification code, copy and pasted the code and then went into my account. I did not see or understand after that on how to complete the online checkout process, no clear instructions.
Bradley MetzI has specifically booked uHaul location NEXT DOOR to the store I was moving in Morrisville, system sent me 18 miles (round-trip) out of my way, all the way to Feasterville! Location was supposed to be open at 8 AM.....nobody showed up until 8,45 AM......no apology or anything. This added a LOT of unnecessary stress to moving day.

Jordan Appleyard*No issue with the location but booking notification changing the pick up address and reservation time 24 hours before the scheduled pick up was terrible. I had to readjust the whole plan to accommodate as it even changed the reservation time. I had no issues with pick up and drop off locations but I think inaccurate reservation system was terrible. I would not be looking at U-haul for future business for that reason.

Russell LaBarcaWill never use Uhaul again. Reserved a 26 ft truck 10 days prior to pickup. Requested a location near my home - there are two: one in Levittown Pa, the other in Bristol, Pa. Recvd email one day prior to pickup and was given a location 20 minutes from home. Called cust service and the person I spoke to told me your system doesn't look for availability until 48 hrs prior. A reservation means you should be guaranteed the locations requested. She said a 20 ft truck was available in Bristol round trip. That is not what I ordered. It was too small. My destination was 45 minutes away. I called back and spoke with a second person who was able to give me extra miles and a drop off close to my destination. I still had to pick up 20 minutes away, 20 minutes back to my house. Neither of these ladies seemed to care about this inconvenience. The guy at the drop off tried to note paint scraped off the letters on the truck. It was noted at time of pickup but he said he couldn't find it. Again, a reservation is a guarantee that you will get what you ordered, on the date needed, and the pickup location that was requested. The service wa terrible from start to finish

Doug GoberI was charged $60 a day for a $20 a day truck. I thought I would only need the truck for one or two days turned out I needed it longer so I extended my number of days. No one told me that the $40 they charge was in addition to the $20 if I would have returned the truck and re-rented it it would have been $20 a day, but because I just added another day eack day when i knew I still needed it I was charged an extra $40
LISA POLISANOThe service was fast, it didn't take long at all to rent the truck. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff was nice very polite. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of a truck. They had every size truck that the actual u haul facility has. It was very convenient to not have to go all the way to a u haul place.
