They close early on saturday, so had to do an after hours drop off. Again the Uhaul software failed to let me checkin, so had to call a representative after repeated attempts to finally check the vehicle back in. For one-way traveling would be better to have us drop off at locations open until at least 5pm.

This is about the 4th time I have rented a car hauler from this location. There seems to always be one available. They are very flexible about when I can return the car hauler. This location provides the service that fits my needs. Thank you very much.

Please get public WiFi for this location! I had terrible service due to location in town and the website/Uhaul app was not working for the self drop off feature. It was super frustrating and could have been a lot faster with WiFi!

The location was fine. Easy to get in and out of. Equipment was is perfect working order. The only problem I had (which was not the fault of the store) is the app. Even though this location had to car trailers, the app refused to let me know that. I many other issues with the app but this one could have lost Uhaul business if I didn't decide to just call to verify.

We brought it back on Saturday instead on Sunday because we needed the vehicle no more. Nobody was there we locked the vehicle and put the key in the drop off box.

I was very appreciative of their working with me on the return date since life currently depends on others doing what they commit to as far as help! The size of the truck was perfect for our moving needs. My only complaint was the residual smoke smell in the cab that even fabreeze couldn't tame.

The local agent was wonderful, couldn't have been more helpful. The app experience was pretty bad: confusing, tedious, unclear. We were in a hurry and found the layers of protocol to be real frustrating. Maybe the process could be simplified. Had the agent not been on-site we would have left. Thanks for your great company and a lifetime of service to us!

The owner of the U-Haul franchise is the owner of two other local businesses next door to each other. The U-Haul business is run out of both of them (??) so I sat for 10 minutes waiting for the 123 business to open (there were U-Haul vehicles in the lot), only to discover that business does not open on Saturday. When I finally left my vehicle to knock on the door and see why nobody opened, there was a small sign on the door to go next door (where there were more U-Haul vehicles and trailers parked). That sign should be large and visible from where you pull in. Also, I was asked to unhook myself if possible, since on Saturday AM only one female employee was there to help. Between us we got it unhooked, only to discover it was not chocked yet, and it started moving toward the road since the lot slopes. (For whatever reason, U-Haul has chosen to eliminate the jack on the big trailers?!) I was barely able to hold it (6 x 12) while she went next door for the chocks. Overall, the worst experience I've had in my lifetime with vehicle rentals. The only reason I give 2 stars is that the lady was as helpful as she could be, just not knowledgeable.

Dropped off the truck and was expecting to have someone debrief me on the truck, any issues with it, check the fuel, etc. Nope. She just took the key and said I was all set. She said she would send me an invoice if needed. I received the truck with 1/2 tank of gas and returned it nearly full. I asked about being compensated and she said to call the main number for that - 1800-go-uhaul. I called them and they said to talk to the people at the drop-off location. I am in the middle with both sides pointing at the other. The truck had a faulty tire pressure monitor but I was unable to relay that info since she wasn't interested.

ExTREMELY LONG waits to get instructions from Customer service number. Lock on truck was extremely hard to get off.Caused another half hr delay while oaying movers hourly just to get lock off the freaking truck. Customer ervice sends a video on a defective jMmed lock. OMG. Could not reach "alternative contacts " which again caused ANOTHErR very extensive delay. CHECK ENGINE light was on the ENTIRE rental. Was a awful experience.

Staff were excellent and the store was clean. Unfortunately the uhaul front and back weren't so great. The back of the truck was infested in roaches. I had to fumigate, bleach and scrub the back of the truck. And still then, the roaches were still present. I just hope that my items placed in the truck aren't going to bring a roach problem to the inside of my house.

There was no heat on in the building. I stood in the cold waiting for over 10 minutes for her to finish with the other customer. She was then not knowledgable about the truck and gave me incorrect answers about things I had questions about. Told me NOTHING about the truck or gas or about a lock or that I was supposed to spot check it before I drove off or anything. As this was my first Uhaul experience I was frustrated. The truck was gross and even had empty small liquor bottles in it.

the staff member was very rude,she looked through papers behind the counter,she even went out on the floor and looked at different,unrelevant merchandise when we were just trying to pay our rental fee and deposit in cash.this went on for an hour.after waisting an hour of our time,she said I've never done a cash deposit I'll call somebody and find out.she called found out how to do it,only took a couple of minutes,so there's absolutely no excuse for not immediately calling and finding out.she knew she didn't know how to do it right away,she should have called and find out immediatly. we were on a timeline because we had 4 people at our destination to help us load and unload for free and they were on a timeline as well because they had things to do after they finished),so they helped me load every thing and they had to leave,putting me in the position of having to unload a whole house of furniture.I have the letter that says some one will be there until 5:30 to check to make sure the truck was clean.we traveled 66 miles at at 0,99 cent a mile and we paid a hundred dollars deposit.I cleaned the truck out cleaner than it was when I got it.we arrived back at 5:04 and no one was there. the sign says they close at 5:00,so why did the contract say 5:30 pm.I have the letter stating 5:30pm.I'll send it with my formal complaint to U-Haul.On top of the arrogance,rudeness,and incompetence.they said they checked the mileage for me this morning and they only owe us $13.00,and they've already mailed it to us.Im going to check with 7 on your side to see if they can report it so nobody else gets scammed.i won't be able to get my $11 back,but I'm blasting every social media with warnings about this location.She also said if a car hit me(it was their fault) U-Haul would come after me for the damages instead of the insurance for the at fault driver.I can't help to wonder if that $11 goes in her pocket.I've been using U-Haul for 30+ years,from now on I'm going with Penske,or search for a rental truck company that is no way affiliated with u- haul.ive never had a worse experience with any business.

this company is a JOKE, only used the truck for TWO HOURS and was told I went over on the mileage when I know for a FACT I DID NOT. the "OWNER" refused to give me a print out document stating how many miles I went over as well as the charges when i asked several times. they are a scam and only want your money.

AC needed charging. Could really use cruise control especially on several hundred mile trips. And if I'm being picky, I have significant arthritis issues and power windows on future vehicles would be greatly appreciated. I know, I'm NOT renting a Bentley, but better ac and cruise would make the trip significantly more doable. Thank you for the opportunity to give my humble opinion.
