Everyone at this location was polite and extremely helpful. Brian really helped me in a pinch. I can't say the same for U-Haul corporate. Joe in scheduling was one of the rudest and least helpful people I've ever spoken to in customer service. He actually hung up on me because I upset that they changed my reservation with no notice beforehand.
Erik SWe got to the drop off location around 8ish tonight. The sign telling you the name of the space was dark, so we didn't see it. That meant taking a 26ft uhaul on a road trip through a residential neighborhood. When we were finally able to get back to the place, there was absolutely nothing to tell us where to go. It was a storage place so we couldn't park in front of any doors. It was just ridiculous.
Petresa RWe arrived at night after staffed hours. More signage for U-Haul and better indications of where to park and a U-Haul sign by the Dropbox would be helpful.

TIM MI did not get the location for pick up i requested I had to travel 10 miles out of my way to pick up the truck.
William K1st making the turn to get into this location is crazy! Driving a 20' truck and having to make an offer 90 degree turn is insane, I know it is a business but if you are going to contract locations you should make sure that its safe to get into with out having to back up on to a main road to make the turn. After getting into the location there is 0 information on where to park the truck, where to leave the keys (it was closed on the drop off day) but very difficult to know what to do. The app for check in does not work and when you call you get told I need to transfer you then hung up on after I waited 30 min just to talk to someone. Yesterday I received a bill for the gas being not filled to the correct amount however I will be calling again today as I have a picture showing that the pick up location was wrong on the paperwork and also never sent a message to confirm like I was told. This entire thing has been a train wreck from start to finish and by far the worst experience with u-haul

jonathan hI was supposed to pick up the truck at 11a on 6/6. I got a message after 9:30a that the office was closing at 10a and I would have to use a smartphone app to pick up the truck. The only problem is that I don't have a smartphone and the people from the pickup location were not helpful at all. Totally useless! I will never pick up anything there or do business with them again.
John BThe woman working there ran into some issues with adding the driver's license and went out of her way to try to expedite the process and get me on the road
Veronica JA little hard to find. A few extra signs would help. I am not from the area the last few turns I may have missed, I was with my sister she was formulary with the area. Thanks for working as a team, the first 2 places I stopped were not much help. You fokes were great. ??

Gary SThe service was great but will never use u-haul again. Was over charged due to a policy change that happened sometime after I made the reservation. Was told by agent that I was going to be charged for three days instead of two days due to those policy changed.
Larry CThe self check in is VERY complicated. Does not work with some devises. There is a time limited on your reservation...which was not made apparent. Thank you Candice was Awesome at uhaul traffic to help us check the truck out.
Robert MIt was the biggest circus ever! I had to drive an hour to get uhaul, Even though there are several close to my previous home. The owner left a new employee there to do rental. No one ever checked to make sure the uhaul and toe dolley were working, they weren't! After being there two hours I had to drive 10 miles to get a different uhaul. Then a district manager from uhaul acted like I should be super grateful for him giving me a whopping $30 discount. Then someone from uhaul emailed me saying he'd refund my 50 Reservation fee, no apology or nothing he didn't even type his name on the bottom!

Kelli Pi use this truck for 20 miles local hauling and put 3 gallon of gas in when done and got ripped off some bs fuel charge for filling the tank so much for drop off anytime never again will rent from you and i will make sure i tell everyone i know how you operate.

debbie mI have no suggestions as to staff, they were excellent. Your box prices were not competitive though and I found far cheaper prices at Lowe's, of all places. The fact that your box prices were higher makes you look less interested in long term relationships and more like a company who takes advantage for short term gain. But I feel your rental rates are quite reasonable, and plan to use U-Haul in the future.
Steve mI had asked about a discount of some sort, was told that had to come from U-haul themselves. There was none, ok. I reserved the trailer 2 weeks ahead so as to have it at a location 2 minutes from my house, ended up going 20 minutes away instead. That was the reason for reserving it. After I got to my destination, I called to see if I could change the drop off point, again 2 minutes from my home, and was told no or if I did there would be more charges for the trailer. So I ended up taking it back to where I received it, 20 minutes from my house one way. Dealing with this rental, there was NO customer service to speak of. You have, I need it, so this is where you have to go and get it. Where is the service in this when there was enough time allotted for arrangements to be made for CUSTOMER SERVICE. Without customers, there would be no U-haul or any other business for that matter. This will be the very last time I ever rent from U-haul due to this experience.

Earnest HThe truck was in rough shape. The sun visor on the driver side was broken, it was very difficult to adjust the seat, the door handle on the passenger side was broke and when we opened the back to begin loading it smelt like some transported horse manure.
Amy SWhile this location may not have been at fault, it was a terrible overall experience with U-Haul. The manager, Tim Davis, did make an effort to help us out. I do appreciate that. The trailer that we ended up getting was clean, but there was no jack to lift the trailer up to the hitch. Once we did get it lifted, the connector was stuck and required us to beat on it with a stone to get it to turn.

Georgina VClerk at the pickup had a lot of trouble with the computer. Had to start over 6 different times. We lost almost an hour on our trip. Need to have a way to handwrite a contract and enter the info later. Place does not have a big sign.

KIM HI left the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up and you still charged me $11 - I deserve I refund for that. It is truly unacceptable
SEAMUS FDifficult to find location, out of the way so we drove several extra miles. We were told we could pick up the truck at 0800 but no one was there at 0800.

TOM CWe contracted to pickup this trailer at the Golden Mile Highway U-Haul Monroeville - when I arrived to pickup I was informed that our pickup location had been changed to Lower Burrell 30 MINUTES AWAY. This was a new location and while the guy was very nice, he didn't know how to operate their software. I was then told the trailer was "out back'. Fortunately I am fairly strong for a miserable old 60 year old I have a wife who is a excellent driver and we managed to get the trailer tongue lifted off the ground and on the ball. Don't laugh until you try it!

WILLIAM LI would let them know that the safe movers coverage is not told to them up front, I have insurance and didn't need the extra coverage.i don't know if it's optional or not but I was never told about it , a refund would be nice
JOE Bwhen it is hard to tell if gas gauge is in right spot dont tell the guest they are wrong just mark as right so they dont have to go get more gas.
Andrew HLet me start by saying I have rented a 6' x 12' enclosed trailer in two different fashions in the last couple of weeks. I don't have an issue with either the pick up or drop off sites but I do have an issue with the clarity on the rental charges. If I pick up and return to the same location, I get charged at a lower rate than if I pick up at one location & deliver to another, regardless whether it would be the same time period or not or the same route being traveled (which it was). It reflected additional daily charges on my second, 1-way contract but when I turned the trailer in a day ahead of what U-HAUL dictated as the return date (I had no option to choose), there was no credit given for those additional daily charges for the extra day I did not have the trailer. Not sure how putting less wear and tear on U-Haul equipment costs me money.
ANTHONY SThe location where the trailer is to be hooked up and returned is a mud hole and on a grade. I should t have to stand in 4 inches of mud to disconnect the trailer. The attendant there was courteous.
