Everyone at this location was polite and extremely helpful. Brian really helped me in a pinch. I can't say the same for U-Haul corporate. Joe in scheduling was one of the rudest and least helpful people I've ever spoken to in customer service. He actually hung up on me because I upset that they changed my reservation with no notice beforehand.

We got to the drop off location around 8ish tonight. The sign telling you the name of the space was dark, so we didn’t see it. That meant taking a 26ft uhaul on a road trip through a residential neighborhood. When we were finally able to get back to the place, there was absolutely nothing to tell us where to go. It was a storage place so we couldn’t park in front of any doors. It was just ridiculous.
Petresa RWe arrived at night after staffed hours. More signage for U-Haul and better indications of where to park and a U-Haul sign by the Dropbox would be helpful.
Stefan LThe windshield was very dirty I cleaned it. The wiper blades needed replaced they smeared the windshield.
TIM MI did not get the location for pick up i requested I had to travel 10 miles out of my way to pick up the truck.
