Location was not prepared for the rental despite reserving 1 month in advance. The truck was not cleaned and ready had to wait 30+ minutes inside when I had requested a mobile contactless pickupJACOB W.

My truck was missing literally every single thing I requested. No dollies. No blankets. No straps. No boxes. And there was no tutorial on how to use the truck. Also, they sold me a padlock that would not work for parking the vehicle overnight. Made my move much more stressful! And no apology or compensation whatsoever for the stress caused.CHRISTINA H.

The van worked beautifully, but as I drove, there a funny noise inside that sounded like a squirrel, and outside that sounded like the click/thump of automatic locks going on and off. Before I left the lot, I went back to the staff, who checked it, and decided that it was locks, and otherwise safe to drive. My errand was a quick pick up and deliver, and I had no other problems with the van. The staff were kind and attentive, and appreciated..ANN S.

The 5x8 trailer was clean inside, however I was told all the lights at the rear were operating correctly; not the case! I discovered thanks to being stopped by a Police officer, that the tail lights were not operational at night. The directional indicators, and brake lights worked, but no tail lights. Oh, and please U-haul sort out that horrendous "Return" app, because it took 5 attempts for it to eventually process the return; not fun at 10:30pm in a dark yard!JULIAN L.

The truck was dirty with trash inside the cabin. The truck was in bad shape, it shakes too much and the breaks are terrible. This was the worst moving truck I have ever rented.RICHARD A.

Well I got charged for the insurance that I didn't want it however they were having system issues and it somehow added the insurance on to my bill. In addition to sign is very confusing it put me about an hour behind because I did not say the physical card was required it just said a photocopy which is what I had but they could not accept it. So there needs to be a better sign. The people there we're great and tried to find a way to make things work but overall the experience was disappointing due their restrictions or the limitations and lack of proper communication. So I can't really blame them personally.Mark H.

We made a reservation 3 months before we needed it for a 17ft, we called late the night before to see if there was a 20ft available. They said there was one, so they changed our reservation. When we got there, no uhaul was there, neither a 20 or a 17. We had to drive an extra 35 miles for a uhaul, even though we orginally requested one 3 months ago. We also lost an hour of our time running from one place to another after calling the number they gave us and them telling us where to go.DIANA L.

I filled out all of the information online, including uploading a copy of my driver's license. This was supposed to ensure a smooth check-in when I arrived. They asked me for all of the information again, even though I told them it was already in the system. The trailer only had 1 brake light working.Gary B.

The only issue I experienced was in attempting to find the locations scan/barcode. I've tried using mobile return several times and experience location access issues. My second choice is to scan the barcode to show that I'm at the location, but the directions on where to find it were incorrect.John H.
