No problem either way location I guess, it was just tight to drop a trailer. No issue with the people - I dropped after hours. The drop office process was horrible. App did not work. When I called, I was on hold for 15 minutes before getting it sorted out, at first being told they "had no room for me to leave the trailer at my pre-scheduled drop off location. I will not do a one way U-Haul rental again because of this experience.

I was charged for gas even though I filled up the tank at the gas station next door EXACTLY to the same level it was at when I picked it up!!! The store & staff looked crummy too
mark mTruck was very old....crank windows, ash trays...cab was not all that comfortable for my round trip to columbia mo. The woman who attended to getting me checked in and then also on the return was kind courteous and accomodating, an asset to your company.
