Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe only problem I had was, I extended the rental for an hour. They were on the last 4 things and I knew I wouldn't make it by 10, so I tried to extend it one more time, and no matter when I tried it wouldn't let me. It kept telling me to wait an hour after the first extension, and the last time I tried was over an hour later when I was dropping it off. Tell the head co to let people extend it more than once if needed. A to Z was great! It was the app I was arguing with
Patricia DI would begin all rentals with a full tank of gas with the requirement to return it full.
Kevin SJust a drop off location done self-service via the app, no personnel interacted with. It was a little hard to get into the parking lot with all of the construction going on.
John LIt was an easy transaction, very friendly employee. If I ever have to rent another truck, would go back. Thank you!
